I am so impressed with the soft form adjustable sports bra, the size small fits my back (32) and my chest (cup F) which is so rare for someone with a fuller bust. It’s so tricky to find nice looking sports bras with support.
I like the soft form straight leg trousers but I am in between the long and regular. The regular is just a bit too short looking cropped with shoes on and the long was dragging on the floor even with chunky trainers. However, I kept the regular because I love the fit of them otherwise, they are flattering and buttery soft but I avoid wearing chunky shoes with them.
Highly recommend Jluxe, I’m so pleased to have found a size inclusive gym wear company, I have already placed another order.

I’ve not got my jacket that I’ve prepaid for. You’ve kept me up to date, but it’s over 2 months late

Ordered £120 worth of items on 22nd Sep and still awaiting them. Have had no tracking or shipping details.
Contacted them twice asking for an update - first repose was that due to them moving warehouses there were delays in shipping and it would be processed and sent out that day as a priority.
5 days later and still had no shipping update.
Messaged them via Instragram again and was told that their warehouse move had taken longer than anticipated and that orders would start to be fulfilled today but that there was now a backlog.

I also notice that there has been a post on their Instagram about coats that people have pre-ordered are having huge delays and wouldnt be sent for a long time.

I feel there are some major issues with this company and whilst I can’t comment on the product itself I haven’t had a great experience yet.

Another fantastic product from JLUXE. As a fitness instructor, being able to find a brand who not only caters for a range of sizes but also makes activewear that actually works is great!

I made potentially the most stupid decision ever when my jluxe shorts arrived the day before my half marathon… I loved them so much, I was like f*** it! Luckily, it paid off ❤️ no riding up, no falling down, no chafing. They were perfect!!

Have ordered multiple items from bras, leggings, flares and shorts. As a plus size girl ive always struggled to find comfortable but supportive clothing, jluxe is exactly that comfortable, buttery soft with great support.
Delivery is nice a quick too. Definitely be ordering again :)

Ordered shorts on pre order, some were available but they didnt ship and re assured me they would be delivered with pre order items, got an email today saying i wouldn’t be receiving my order at all, i always try to support smaller businesses and i was happy to wait but really disappointed at inaccuracy of communication, also received a discount code that didnt work ended up buying items at full price as i could see they were going out of stock

Always amazing products! Customer service were so helpful and resolved my issue immediately (no fault of their own) couldn’t be happier with my purchase. I am a reoccurring customer

Absolutely love this brand, their products are such good quality and made with real women in mind. Spending years being let down by the high street and how the clothes fit a woman's ever changing body has made me come to appreciate just what a staple this brand has become to me.
The team are wonderful to interact with and like I said, the quality is amazing, definitely worth the price tag!

I would have put no stars if it was possible.
Do not buy from this company unless you are prepared to keep un wanted/ ill fitting goods as their returns policy is a con and falls well below the standard you might expect from a reputable online trader

Placed an order on July 12th. Received an email confirmation & my credit card was charged. I have never received the order. Emailed them twice with no response. I am reporting them to the better business bureau.

Easy to navigate the site & quick delivery. I ordered some of the loose fitting tops that can be tightened. Really comfortable for the gym & cool in this hot weather.

I have not received the item which was ordered June 12 (28 days ago)

Order placed on 18th June and I am still waiting. Contacted the company via email to ask for an update and someone came back to say they would look into it and get back to me. I am still waiting for that response. Emailed again to ask for a refund due to not receiving the item. Awaiting a response to this email before going down the route of trading standards.
