The teller needs training in customer service. She does smile, you try to make small talk to be friendly with her but doesn’t make a difference . My last visit there was upsetting, so I do my transaction online now or at another place in Hiram which has now turned out to be disappointing. My son’s account is frozen due to some confusion in the money being transferred.

The concept is fantastically ,however the staff can be very abrupt,example today I was there to transfer funds, I can honestly say if there was as another one close by I would have gone.
