Not too bad I got text in the morning that they are going to pick the load but hey did not give time they came around 8pm it was ok
I got massage in the morning around 8:30 am that they will come to pick the load but they came late around 8pm so I was a bit worry but all the same it was all wright

I had an email from the driver in the morning of the collection as a reminder. the whole experience was great as the collection went ok.
I would appreciate an ETA with the first message as I got a call about one hour before collection.

Concerning giving an accurate timeframe, it can sometimes become a difficult task depending on the post codes assigned to a Driver and other external factors. But we always encourage our Drivers to give estimates so that customers can plan their day.
