This is the third Jockbox in a row that they've sent exactly the same brand and style of underwear. They obviously have a surplus, or get a kickback. I now have Taste briefs in Black, White, and now Light Blue. Where's the variety? The surprise? The colour? The brand rotation?Surely you can see my account details and that you've sent exactly the same pair out previously? Will be thinking seriously about cancellation...

1. Der Newsletter Rabattcode funktionierte nicht - auf Nachfrage habe ich dann sogar einen 20% statt 15% erhalten

2. Bei meiner bestellten Lieferung hat das System anscheinend ein falsches Land erkannt. Als ich das bemerkt hatte und bei Jockbox nachgefragt habe, wurde mir zugesichert, dass sie drauf achten werden und notfalls ein zweites Paket los schicken, damit ich meine Artikel rechtzeitig habe - dies ist auch erfolgt.

Fazit: Ich bin zufrieden mit Jockbox und auch mit der Qualität - 1 Stern Abzug, weil ich als Kunde dennoch 2-3x etwas Klären musste. Kundenservice ist aber grundsätzlich super bei denen. :)
