Good products and subscription boxes
The products are good quality and good brands and fit really well. Shipping sometimes takes a little longer than expected but the packages have always arrived in good conditions. Also, there are sales here and there if you prefer to wait for a better price! Overall, it's the better choice for underwear subscription boxes out there right now.

Order not quite right - but gold star for customer services
Order not quite right. I thought I'd ordered 2 pairs of briefs. I received 1 pair of briefs and 1 jockstrap. Colours, brand and size were all correct...but I was expecting 2 pairs of briefs
Since posting this review, I have had excellent customer support from JOCKBOX informing me that they would happily happily replace the item mentioned.
Having already worn it...I felt this was unnecessary. I apologised for not first seeking to have the issue addressed by their customer service. Their exemplary response gave me confidence to place further orders and to give them my personal gold star award.

Apologies for the delay, however as the tracking will show we dispatched it less than 12 hours after you placed the order.
