Hi Cesar,
First of all this is untrue - your order was delivered around 7 days after you placed it (as you're in the US). Second of all, you submitted a chargeback against us claiming that we had sent you fake/worn products. Luckily, we were able to show invoices and documentation to prove our products were sourced directly from the brand and the chargeback was decided in our favour.
I'm disappointed that you've not only tried to claim a chargeback against us, but also decided to leave a false review to add insult to injury.
We're a small business, please remember that when filing fraudulent claims to get your money back.

Billed for a second month and still waiting on my first. Ridiculous!
I still haven’t received the product and you keep asking for a review. Perhaps tie your emails off a tracking receipt? It was returned due to UK postal system issue supposedly.
Edit: I was just charged for my second month and I STILL have yet to receive my first box. I even reached out earlier to Jockbox to pause my subscription to see if I even liked the product before getting re-billed. They said they would pause it and didn’t. I’m now out $156 USD with no product to show for.

Took a little while to arrive but that's not JockBoxs fault. Quality and fit is perfect. Love them. Very comfortable. Will continue to buy underwear from Jockbox.

Was a bit skeptical order as I usually go to the brands directly but with some brands being in Aus etc I decided to take a try and order. There was a small issue with items being out of stock despite the website saying they were in stock so lost a star here. But strong 4 out of 5 as had a quick refund. Will buy from this store again.

I noticed a pair of underwear were missing from my order and when I pointed this out to customer service, they were very quick to rectify the situation in a friendly way. The main order was very quick and I’m really pleased by the quality of it.
