As per the constant spamming of our facebook page and threats of negative reviews you have yet again not explained the situation. I will fully explain below.

We have a notice on our website for extremely hot weather in which case Paul this applies to your area it reads as follows "WEATHER WARNING - PLEASE ORDER AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION - EXTREME HEAT IN SOME AREAS - HEAT DAMAGE CANNOT BE REFUNDED"

This is placed at the very top of our website to advise before ordering regarding tne potential melting of items such as chocolate and in this situation you ordered chocolate that melted Paul - that is the 100% truth of what has happened here.

You are now spamming our facebook page with comment such as "Hope it all goes pear shaped for you" and that if we refunded you you wouldn't leave prolonged feedback and 1 star reviews.

As we mentioned on at least 5 occassions we are more than happy for you to leave feedback all we ask is you leave fully details of the full situation yet on every single occassion you have failed to do so.

Hi Barry, your review is based on which i can only assume is roundtrees Tooty Frooties - we do not stock them nor claim to! Those sweets were discontinued years ago. You purchased Tutti Frutti Bites - this is a completely different product.

*Updated as per customer update*

The liquorice item was refunded as It wasn't in stock at the time of dispatch which we absolutely apologise for! Over the years we have done numerous case studies and 90% pf customers prefer this process rather than further day with emails etc.

Tutti frutti is a flavour not a product, we list the manufacturer in the product description - taste is completely preference, something you may not enjoy someone else will love, this product is actually one of our most popular returning customer purchases.

Also stating we don't care is completely off the mark! You left a 1 star review in comparison to a completely different product that is no longer manufactured and in your follow up referencing "trading standards" all we are doing is responding with truth and facts as we appreciate the trust pilot platform and that anyone reading reviews should be presented with all accurate information.

Hi Joanna, we actually lose money on the 10p Mix up bags - we create them to give customers a Nostalgic feeling as you cannot get 10p mixups anywhere!

The delivery choice is shown before customers proceed through checkout and we would always encourage adding more than just 2 10p bags if its value for money you are looking for as our tracked shipping fee is a set rate due to courier charges. We offer FREE DELIVERY on orders over £40 and as im sure you can appreciate this would be impossible on a 10p order.

Hi, if you send us a message we can investigate as of now we have no idea of any details whatsoever.

Once we have an order number etc we can investigate, rather than leave a 1 star review stating the above when we have currently never had a chance to rectify the situation send us a message and we will resolve the matter!

It may be the order was lost in transit and if so we can ensure the matter is fully resolved but as mentioned above we currently have no details.

Hi Monica,

I have just checked your order and you ordered 100g of Liquorice Allsorts and 100g of Original Jelly Babies both priced at £1.49 each.

Please explain what is a rip off? That is actually a very competitive price for the original brands also the price and weight are clearly shown before purchase.

First of all we simply reply to reviews with facts.

You are stating every item that all items were tasteless, we dont manufacture the sweets and they are from completely different manufacture! This is not a I'm not ordering from here again, this is a they taste that everywhere you order them from as its the same manufacturer! Let me break it down;

Midget Gems - Lion (the original ones)
Nougat - The Real candy co

The photo we advertise for the fruit Torpedoes show they are broken and that is the reason they are heavily reduced in price.

The comments / reviews you state you wish you read? What about all the high reviews?

If you actually read each negative review in isolation and read the reply you will be able to see exactly the situation.

In thia specific situation you are stating the 2 sweets were tasteless and we are explaining that we dont manufacture them and they are from 2 different manufacturers - what would you like us to do exactly? You have stated we dont take negative comments which is untrue we are simply pointing out facts and that we dont make the sweets we cannot change the recipe of things we dont actually make.

We are very sorry you dont like them, many of our customers love the tutti frutti bites its down to preference unfortunately but I understand if this isn't for you.

Ps 1 stars is harsh... 4 for the packaging at least 😬
