Placing the order was so easy. I made an error in my order, and was worried I wouldn't be able to get it sorted before shipment but I just e-mailed the team, and they managed to get everything sorted within minutes.. Impressive

joga are the real deal!
very high quality gear, i’ve bought both the shin pad sleeves and the recovery compression sleeves and was very happy with both, one was faulty and the team were happy to replace it free of charge, great communication and customer service, would buy from joga again!

I am still waiting to receive my order placed on the 1st September and when chased I have received very little communication from the company to advise why my order is delayed or lost. I have asked for a refund but this has been ignored so far

I was concerned on how long the delivery was taken but the customer service was patient and kind in their support. Plus the timing!! Can't believe how fast of a response I got! By far the best customer service I've experienced. Thank you

Very long waiting time for delivery i ordered on 13th September and its now 23rd September and still no delivery and was promised a guaranteed delivery by 6 to 9 days. I can only comment on the product that's if I receive it, I will never order from here again!!

Absolutely love these products. The shin pads are comfortable and don’t move around and no worry that they will fall out. The non grip socks are a game changer and my son is said he feels more secure in his boots. Will definitely purchase more in the future 🌟
