Absolutely love these products
Absolutely love these products. The shin pads are comfortable and don’t move around and no worry that they will fall out. The non grip socks are a game changer and my son is said he feels more secure in his boots. Will definitely purchase more in the future 🌟

My son loved the ankle weights
My son loved the ankle weights. It really helps him with the speed. He uses them everyday for training. They are comfortable and stay in place.

Absolute shambles
Absolute shambles, keep getting emails saying ‘we are delayed’ etc paid £4.99 delivery and have asked for this back as it’s now been 9 days and I’m still getting delayed emails. Not too much to ask for the delivery fee back? Won’t get a clear answer from anyone on customer service.

Hi AH, sorry, that is not good enough and nine days of delay emails with no straight answer is exactly the problem you should not have to deal with. The £4.99 delivery charge should absolutely be refunded if it was delayed this long, that is a fair ask. I purchased the JOGA shim pad sleeves for all my children, they find they very comfortable to wear while they are playing. I have washed many times and the product quality has remained.

Joga’s marketing has probably been too…
Joga’s marketing has probably been too successful and meant that they were having to rush the orders out as fast as they could. This left a few errors but once this was noticed and corrected they handled it like pros and communicated they wished to do better. You can’t ask for more than that. The cristo shin pads are excellent he can’t wait to try them out in a game. Thank you

Shocking Quality
Shocking Quality.
Took ages to arrive. Didn’t fit properly, lose at the top but managed to use them with heavy socks. Washed them twice and the material which makes up the shin pad has fallen apart on all 4 shin pads. Despite the price they are cheaply made. Ours latest about 6 weeks before falling apart.

3 weeks to deliver, was kept informed via email a few times but in the day of the internet really should be 2 days max.

Horrible Service
Placed order 8/25, received only one item on 9/15. Contacted them about the rest of the order and found out that it’s not even shipped yet. Don’t know if or when I will receive the rest. I haven’t received an email about delays or anything. I am really disappointed in their service. Won’t be ordering from Joga again.

Hi Rone, that is a bad gap and no delay email should have gone out, we own that. One item shipping while the rest of the order sits unshipped since 8/25 is not the standard we hold ourselves to. Please email hello@shopjoga.com with your order number so we can locate the rest and get it moving.
Poor customer service
Unfortunately, I’m really disappointed with how this has been handled.
My original parcel arrived with items missing. To begin with, Joga responded quickly and resolved the issue, which I really appreciated. I was then asked to leave a review and was told that I would receive an additional item for doing so.
I left a positive review based on how quickly they had initially dealt with the missing items. However, since leaving the review, I have received nothing that was promised and communication has completely stopped.
I have emailed multiple times to follow this up and have had no response at all. It’s particularly disappointing because the customer service was initially very good, but it now feels as though once I had left the requested positive review, there was no longer any interest in responding to me.
I would have been happy to recommend Joga based on how the original problem was resolved, but unfortunately the lack of communication and failure to follow through on what was promised has really changed my experience.

Average overpriced products
Average overpriced products. Terrible customer service. Had to wait nearly 2 weeks for my daughter’s birthday present. After countless ignored emails. The goods turned up a week after my daughter’s birthday. A really terrible experience and an even worse company to deal with. A real headache,I wish I didn’t bother.
