I needed more of a certain skin product which I can't get at home. Buying from John Bell was very easy. The service was excellent.
I have always thought the Wigmore Street store excellent due to the range of products on display.
Thats why I made a trip there when needing to assess options for electric toothbrushes with pressure sensor (recommended by my dentist). To my disappointment, they had only a meagre array of electric toothbrushes, and none at all with pressure sensors. I also wanted to look at SAD lamps. None at all. Plenty of "assistants", which in itself is a positive thing, but they weren't able to assist me due to the products not being available (and I don't think they knew what a SAD lamp was)

Everything well packed and as ordered. Good communication re delivery and received on expected day. Will use again.
I have ordered the stuff but delivery driver dropped somewhere else even i spoke to one of there worker on the phone she admit it’s been dropped to next street workplace i asked them about my parcel but they denied. What’s the point using them if you don’t get item. Very bad experience with them hope so they will sort my problem.
Really useful online chat/ help which lead me to very good specialist staff member. Just what I needed, for complicated order for compression socks. Thank you.

I bought a knee brace from John Bell & Croydon. After using it 6 times the Velcro failed. After contacting the manufacturer who said I needed to deal with the retailer JBC were very indifferent to my complaint but in the end said the only thing they could do is send it back to the manufacturer after telling me they had a 28 day returns policy. I kept telling them this wasn’t a case of me wanting to return it, the product was good it was just faulty however the manageress just kept repeating their 28 day policy. They said they sent it back but the manufacturer said they had a 28 day warranty which I think unlikely. All in all a pretty poor show from an exclusive retailer with a manageress with an extremely brusque manner.
