Buyers Beware!

Ordered from John Henric on the 9th Feb and the overall purchasing process was great, having received them by the 13th Feb. HOWEVER, I am very very disappointed with their returns process. I returned my items on the 16th Feb, and tracking shows that it was delivered on the 22nd Feb. Since then, I have received no communication from John Henric, nor have I received my refund. They have no contact number as far as I am aware and I have not received any response after using the contact page on their site. Hoping that by posting this review it might get them to actually process my refund… last review I made got deleted so I’m now having to upload one again.

Where is my order?

Placed my order last Monday, received the order confirmation email as expected, however it’s been a week and not received any communication since or given any sort of update, even after emailing them too.

BE ADVISED BEFORE YOU BUY FROM JOHN HENRIC. If you buy an item and it is not suitable you will not be able to return it easily. I couldn't use their portal as i didn't have the tracking and order number to return the item. I emailed them 3 times for more help and information in order to make a return but they have ignored my requests. They use a technique of not allowing you to set up an account on their site so you cannot track orders. When they send the parcel it does not include a invoice or a returns label. This is a deliberate way to prevent returns. Now you have been warned so that if you buy understand you are virtually stuck with the unwanted or unsuitable item/s and they get to keep your money. Not a very nice or honest way to do business. Fortunately there are many other good online retailers who provide an excellent returns service, sadly [John Henric] isn't one them. Needless to say i will never shop here again, but remember reputations have a way of catching up and ultimately will damage the business!

Dålig kvalitet och oseriös hantering av reklamation.

Dålig kvalitet och oseriös hantering av reklamation

Jag har köpt två flätade bälten från John Henric. På båda bältena har öglorna töjts ut så mycket att de inte längre går att använda. Detta efter normal användning.

Det rör sig alltså om samma fel på två separata produkter, vilket enligt min mening tydligt pekar på bristande kvalitet. Jag äger dessutom ett flätat bälte från ett annat varumärke som är betydligt äldre och har använts avsevärt mer – utan några som helst problem.
Prissättningen är detsamma som det andra varumärket och man borde förvänta sig samma kvalitet.

Jag har skickat bilder till kundservice där felet framgår tydligt. Trots detta hävdar John Henric att det inte rör sig om material- eller produktionsfel. Den bedömningen är svår att förstå när två produkter uppvisar exakt samma defekt.

Att både kvaliteten brister och att reklamationen avfärdas utan ansvarstagande gör att jag starkt ifrågasätter varumärkets kvalitetskontroll och kundservice.

Jag kan tyvärr inte rekommendera dessa bälten eller John Henric som företag då dom inte verkar stå för sina egna produkter och vilja göra dom bättre.

Think twice before you order online

Think twice before you order online - the returns process is incredibly painful and the return posting cost comes out of your refund. Really frustrating and won’t be ordering online again

High quality goods and crazy fast shipping

Ridiculously fast shipping. My order arrived via FedEx from Sweden to Texas in just 5 days. I was pleasantly surprised by the high quality of the materials and the pricing was very reasonable/affordable. I plan to order more items in the future from this seller.

So bad

First, they canceled my order without any notification. Then they sent me a defective product. I returned it and bought a new one, but they sent me the same defective product again. Customer service is very poor and confusing—they don’t properly answer my questions, and don’t offer any helpful solutions. I will report them.

Kvalitet, service og design!

Har handlet litt fra John Henric over tid, men nå har jeg sakte med sikkert begynt å oppgradere hele garderoben med JH.

Kvaliteten på produktene er veldig gode til prisen sammenlignet med andre merkevarer. Fin passform og holdbarhet i vask.

Tilbehør som slips, belter og skinnvesker er også av veldig god kvalitet.

Aldri hatt noen utfordring med retur og service.

I wish I had read all the reviews before I ordered my items. Their service is absolutely terrible and they take a long time to respond and a long time to refund a returned item - and Customer Service does not exist. The company seems very unprofessional.
I bought BF 4 blouses for my sons-in-law for about 2000 DKr.
When one blouse turned out to be too big, I sent it back.
Incidentally, this one blouse (with braids) did not live up to the photo on the website at all - and in terms of material it was nothing to write home about either.

They write that if a return label is not included with the package, you should contact Customer Support. I did - and I had some questions about the return shipment, which should be sent back via Instabox. I asked the same questions 3 times - but they were ignored and never answered.
Instead they informed me that because I only returned 1 blouse out of 4 I would have to pay a fee of 50 kr., which they would deduct from the amount of the blouse.
It annoys me that I did not return all 4 blouses.
And the refund did not arrive until 4 weeks after I had sent the item back.
Never again John Henric.

Købte en langærmet polo til min…

Købte en langærmet polo til min kæreste, under en måned efter var der hul i kraven, og nu er der desværre kun kommet flere..
I brander jer på bæredygtighed og god kvalitet, det er i meget langt fra at leve op til. Der er ingen refundering at hente, bare “alm slitage”.. Jeg har købt tøj i H&M og Zara der holder bedre.
Det er pinlig kvalitet og endnu mere pinlig kundeservice.

My order was cancelled at the last minute before Christmas and I still have not recieved my refund. I was offered a discount on my next purchase which I will not be availing of , there are more reliable sites to shop on.

Høj pris - dårlig kvalitet

Købte et par fløjspiller på nettet. Kvaliteten er tynd og prisen - selv på tilbud - er alt for høj.
Har ikke prøvet deres retur service, da det er kvaliteten af deres varer jeg anmelder. Køb hos rigtige tøjmærker i stedet.

Ich habe einen Hosenträger für 40€…

Ich habe einen Hosenträger für 40€ bestellt und ich bin sehr enttäuscht! Die Qualität ist sehr schlecht. Sehr schlechte Verarbeitung. Sogar ein paar Hosenträger von Amason für 10€ mit ink. Knöpfe ist besser als das was ich von Diesem Shop bekommen habe. Ich habe die schlechte Verarbeitung direkt fotografiert und gemeldet. 2 Tage später haben sie mir das Geld zurückbezahlt. Dafür bin ich dankbar aber trotzdem bleibe ich fern von diesem Shop
