Item was as described and arrived quickly

Birkenstock sandals were authentic and $70 less expensive than I could find them. Shipping was prompt and well packaged. Would buy again.

I had a quality issue with my Ferragamo bag and belt that I ordered. Though it took a bit of time for the John Julia team to get back to me (which they should work on), once they did, everything was fantastic. They took care of me and fixed the issues.

I will certainly be shopping with them again.

The tote bag I purchased was perfect. The customer service was exceptional.

I was a little skeptical about the incredible prices, however after seeing these reviews, I went ahead and purchased a gift for my husband in early-mid December that was guaranteed to arrive by Christmas Eve at the latest, and I just trusted the universe.

I checked every few days to see if the order had shipped, and the status kept steady at “received and being processed” each time.

The evening of December 23rd, I see an email from JJ that my order was mysteriously canceled - though I didn’t cancel it.

Being the day night Christmas Eve, this put me in a pretty bad spot for my husbands nice Christmas gift (we only do one nice gift each) as 1.) most stores would be closed the next morning, and 2.) we already had Xmas eve plans and I wouldn’t be able to go shopping if I wanted to.

I emailed JJ customer care and let them know that the unexpected cancellation was a big inconvenience and I wanted to know if they could provide any insight as to why it was cancelled.

While they didn’t exactly give me any answers about the cancellation, they did apologize for the situation putting me in a bind and without hesitation gave me a very generous gift card to make up for the situation.

I was able to order a similar gift for my husband— it arrived within 10 days, and is 100% genuine!

I didn’t know much about John Julia before, but now I am 100% a customer!

I wasn't familiar with John Julia and I was leary because the Versace card holder I purchased for Christmas was $100 less than other sellers. I purchased it and then I was nervous because my delivery did ship but was on hold at DHL express in Illinois until the next business day. I did receive it in the time frame expected. Great price and genuinely good product! So Happy!

Fast international shipping for high-end brands for affordable prices, with fast customer service responses. Initially I had doubts since its a new one with few reviews, but took the chance and eventually satisfied with my decision.

After I placed an order via Shoppay, I found my shipping address was my old one, as saved in Shoppay, even though I put my current address on the website. There was no cancel order option, so I immediately contacted the seller. They offered only an email address to contact and said to allow 48 hours for a response. I emailed several times regarding this issue, and they never responded to my email even after 48 hours, which they promised on the website. Instead, I received an email this morning that the package had shipped to my old address today!

Update 1
I didn't expect you to give me a full refund. Please understand my review from a customer's perspective. Now, I feel you genuinely care about your customers. I contacted DHL not to deliver but to pick up the package at their location. Once I receive the package, I will inform you, and charge me what it should be. I will also change my rating after receiving it. Thanks for your care.

I cannot say enough about their excellent customer care. I haven't picked up the package yet since the location was closed, but I already saw the item in the store, where the size is sold out. I never requested a refund, and even though I told them to charge me when I received the package, they graciously gave me a full refund as a courtesy. I would like to say that I am now a lifelong customer!
