Charlotte provided excellent customer service when purchasing a Tudor Black Bay. From keeping us updated from when we ordered to making the collection very special. All staff are friendly and make all purchases an event no matter how much money you plan on spending.

Excellent! One word says it all to describe all aspects of the business from a customer’s perspective. The advisors seem passionate about their products and give the impression that they love their jobs. They also carry out watch and jewellery repairs in house and repairs are turned around in a timely manner, and carried out to an exceptional standard.

Bought a lovely watch on line. Email communication was excellent, helpful, prompt and many photos of the watch. Totally without any pressure while I tried to make my mind up. Pam was a credit to the shop. I would definitely use the shop again.

Rude sales assistant
Went into this shop several times last month as they were repairing my jewellery, then when I went to pick it up the shop assistant was extremely rude to me, looked down at me as if she was judging me and almost flung my item at me without as much as a goodbye or any eye contact, never have I been served anywhere with such rudness and and bad manners. She obviously never went to charm school. If going to buy anything good luck, if going to have anything repaired don't bother go somewhere else.

Find another jewellers - don’t waste your time!
I’ve Visited the Nuneaton store twice in a week and the customer service both times was appalling…took my newly bought engagement ring in to be resized to be told they couldn’t do it and I would loose stones if I sized it down…and they “prefer” to only deal with Jewellery from local suppliers - wow so sorry my fiancé bought it in New York! Luckily found an experienced jeweller locally who said as the stones were individually held it wasn’t a problem and were helpful, caring and knowledgable… unlike the staff at Johnson’s Nuneaton… the atmosphere is depressing and customers are made to feel awkward and listening to a member of staff today speaking to a lady looking for a retirement gift was toe curdling and couldn’t have been less helpful if she tried! Having been in sales for 23 years I would never recommend or return to this store… stay clear and go somewhere where they welcome and value customers….

Brilliant service again from Johnsons
Brilliant service again from the great staff at Johnsons...
My watch was needing sent back to the manufacturer but unfortunately it was a few months out of warranty but Johnsons pulled out the stops and managed to get it fixed with no charge and had it back in 3 weeks.

Excellent service - cannot recommend highly enough
After an initial email enquiry, my wife and I visited Johnsons Jewellers in Nuneaton last Wednesday with a view to purchase a gift for my wife for our forthcoming 30th wedding anniversary.
We spent a very pleasant hour or so with Haseena the sales representative, who took the mystery out of buying a luxury timepiece as well as answering my barrage of questions. Haseena was professional, extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with.
Overall it was a fantastic buying experience, topped off with a few nice touches such as a bottle of wine and a box of chocolates - as it was also my wife’s birthday on the day of our visit. Little touches like these highlight the extra lengths they went to in order to maximise our store experience.
It is refreshing in this day and age to find a family run business such as Johnsons who offer a fantastic customer service, great product range and attentive, knowledgeable staff. I also have to thank Mark the manager, who took time out to come and see us and introduce himself following our initial email exchanges.
I will definitely be returning in the future and I have no hesitation in recommending them to all my family, friends and colleagues.

Will never use again
Will never use again. Took in a bracelet to get it re-threaded. Within 4 days it broke again. Return trip to get it re done. Collected after 2 weeks and within an hour it had broken again. Trip back, get refund on the work done but no compensation. 4 trips to Nuneaton, 4 lots of parking and 3 rings lost when it broke the second time. Staff lovely but Mrs Johnson would take no responsibility. Not happy. Please, don't take anything in for a rethread. Staff obviously incompetent
