I simply cannot fault The Curious Gem. Their prices are fantastic, far cheaper than others, orders are shipped quickly and when I wanted to add something to an order, Eve couldn't have been more helpful. Always a positive experience and their products are just amazing and of fantastic quality. I have most definitely become a repeat customer and The Curious Gem will be my automatic go to whenever I need to buy items for my jewellery making.

The customer service is first class and…
The customer service is first class and as I have ordered several lots of pearls I have asked for specific things and I love the comment box where you can leave a message for the picker it's so useful. I find if I have contacted them for any reason I get a prompt reply. The pearls I have received have been beautiful. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and I will continue to buy from them

Quality beads at affordable prices
I buy mainly gemstone beads along with some findings. I love the quality of the beads, that the photos and descriptions are detailed at accurate, so I not only know the grade of the items, but also their origin and treatment

High quality supplies
Everything I have bought from the curious gem is very good quality at a competitive price.
Orders always arrive quickly and I started using this company as I couldn’t get what I was looking for anywhere else so they are the first place I look for anything I need for my jewellery projects.
They also have a nice range of pre made jewellery if you are looking for a quick gift to buy.

Have been buying jewellery components from The Curious Gem for five years now (I place approx. five or six orders per year) and they never disappoint. Really speedy at dispatching orders, and if you put a little note in asking for a specific shade for the gemstone you are looking for they’ll always oblige and send exactly what you asked for. I love using The Curious Gem. Why? Well. Outstanding service, particularly with loose gems - they are properly calibrated and if ordered in multiples they'll be matched. I suggested a customer ordered directly from TCG before a workshop and because she was a novice, she ordered incorrectly sized bezel cups - they rang her to explain and talked her through the correct ones.
