Lovely fella Tony came and sorted out a few small issues with my tub. And left me with a spa pack of chemicals and filters. Good job well done.

We recently bought a hot tub from Johnsons and the whole experience has been very positive. From the sales process with Timur, to the site visit (I didn't get a name, sorry 30Mar2023) to the installation with Jake and Jordan (03Apr2023) and the commission of the hot tub (I didn't get a name sorry 11Apr2023), the whole process has been seamless and professional. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Thank your for a great service, we're enjoying the hot tub very much and definitely recommend Johnsons.

I purchased a Wellis hot tub from Johnsons leisure last autumn and Im very pleased with the whole service from start to finish. I first made contact with the sales representative Timur he was extremely helpful, friendly and provided me with clear and informative information about my purchase. He was always happy to help and built a genuine rapport with myself which made me feel at ease and I knew I was was being looked after throughout the process. The delivery of the hot tub was faultless and very quick and professional. And Jake and Jordan got everything set up and working then explained in detail how everything worked. I am really happy with the quality and overall experience of the hot tub bought. I would definitely recommend Johns leisure.

Gareth and Jordan were great at our Wellis Spa installation. Offered advice on our spa base, setup, operation and chemical requirements. Also cleaned away all the packaging. I can thoroughly recommend them. Thanks guys!

Great delivery service by Tony and Gareth. Helped the crane driver to safely navigate the hot tub over our wall and positioned it carefully on the decking. Offered set uk advice and opportunity to contact them should we need advice and support.

Wow! Great service - Jake & Jordan phoned in advance to let me know they'd be with me within the hour. They did not disappoint. Both were really friendly guys & very polite. They did a fantastic job setting up the infrared sauna, they waited until it had heated up, whilst it was heating up, they put all the boxes back onto the truck & flattened them. I was shown how to operate the sauna & all the different features. We also discussed how a moving from one home to another was a service that was offered. So pleased with how this delivery & installation process went - very, very happy 😊

Just had our sauna installed by Gareth and Nate and can only give them 5*!
They have done a marvellous job and taken away all the cardboard and rubbish too! They arrived early and worked so hard to get it right for us. Lovely guys and so accommodating and helpful, a great team and happy customers 😊 we love it already 👍🏻

Gareth and Tony were great - very tidy and explained everything clearly. Did everything they could to help set up the hot tub and ensure we were comfortable with it all before leaving. Very happy with the purchase and delivery.

Tony & Garf just installed our new hot tub. They got the hot tub through the side of the house and onto our decking with ease. The weather was truly awful, rained all day, there was no complaint whatsoever. They also took time to explain how it all works, the pumps and filters and chemicals and left a phone number for any future queries. Would highly recommend Johnsons and their staff for your installation.

Tony and Jordan arrived promptly and were quick to get on with the installation of the hot tub fully explaining the features and maintenance of the water chlorine, alkaline and ph levels. Extremely satisfied customer.
