The medication arrived hot. It’s summer. Not only were the ice packs melted, they were hot. When you ask people to invest the kind of money I paid, you have an obligation to deliver it unspoiled. I have used other companies in the past who overnight it in the same kind of packaging but it was days between shipping and arrival with your company. It’s summer it will not stay cold for 3-4 days in that packaging.

Delivery took a little too long. My vial wasn’t very cold still. Also I am having trouble logging in to an account. It doesn’t seem like that is an option.
The people at Embody are very nice and helpful and get back to me quickly when I have a question. I feel supported and encouraged. I was always a little afraid to start on a GLP-1, but they made the process "painless" -- and the price seems great also!!!
It makes me get full faster but, I still get really really bad cravings. I just think I need to maybe try something stronger than the semglutide and I also can't figure out how to log into my account it just keeps giving me a quiz when I try!!

I ordered two days ago and just realized these meds are not FDA approved so I've asked for a refund through text and email (my meds have not been shipped so shouldn't be a problem for them) still no response.

Terrible customer service, and response time. Delay in shipping my medication. This was a bad experience for a new patient.

UPS put the medicine in an Amazon locker, I did not retrieve it until 2 days later. I assumed it was an Amazon package. When I received medicine it was warm. Called customer service was instructed to leave a message someone will get back to me. That was Friday and today is Tuesday. I will definitely be looking for another provider.

So far so good, but I really appreciate all the communication and answers that I receive, this is great
I’m having a great experience with the medication. I have no side effects but a little constipation. Other than that I’m feeling really good. I’m excited about the results. Thank you so much. I’m able to afford it and stay on it and stick to the regiment. Thank you.
Everything that they said they followed through one. The process was easy and the price is right
Directions on medication not very clear.
Also took 2 days to receive help from support staff.

Customer Service is very responsive to any communication and seemed willing to assist with any issues.
This was really easy to sign up for and the meds came really quickly and so far the amount seems to be exactly the correct amount. I like the additional b vitamins with the terzepitide, it makes me less fatigued. I will continue to use Embody.
Embody has great, attentive customer service, and the staff always makes you feel welcome and well taken care of. The experience is excellent overall, but the pricing has become just too expensive for me to continue. If they could offer monthly reasonable fees for all doses then I’d reconsider.
I’m genuinely sad to have to go because I truly enjoyed my time there and appreciated the level of care they provided.
So far so good I am loosing weight and I am very happy about that. Thank you for all that you are doing and all the great help that I have received. Please keep up that generosity you have on helping me and others. Thank you.
I was so happy with this company month one. But when my refill came I was charged $399 instead of my "locked in" price of $149. That is fraud. At no time was I told of a changed price and of course I am canceling. If I am going to be charged this much I will go with the company that at least is transparent about charging a membership fee, it still equals a lot less than this.
Please please disregard my previous good review, I was duped. I only hope others join me in reporting them to the BBB for fraudulent practices.

Very easy and convenient. The questionnaire was fast and simple and the medication was delivered just a few days later. I highly recommend this service.
Im still on my 3rd week, paid $149. They asked to do an intake for the next month. All I got was an approval email for a dosage increase. Wished they had included in the email that I will be charged 399. I definitely would have canceled, thought the 149 was a forever price. I reached out once I got the charge on my account. Emailed and texted them but no response. Now I have to dispute the charge.
