Embody has great, attentive customer service, and the staff always makes you feel welcome and well taken care of. The experience is excellent overall, but the pricing has become just too expensive for me to continue. If they could offer monthly reasonable fees for all doses then I’d reconsider.
I’m genuinely sad to have to go because I truly enjoyed my time there and appreciated the level of care they provided.
So far so good I am loosing weight and I am very happy about that. Thank you for all that you are doing and all the great help that I have received. Please keep up that generosity you have on helping me and others. Thank you.
I was so happy with this company month one. But when my refill came I was charged $399 instead of my "locked in" price of $149. That is fraud. At no time was I told of a changed price and of course I am canceling. If I am going to be charged this much I will go with the company that at least is transparent about charging a membership fee, it still equals a lot less than this.
Please please disregard my previous good review, I was duped. I only hope others join me in reporting them to the BBB for fraudulent practices.

Very easy and convenient. The questionnaire was fast and simple and the medication was delivered just a few days later. I highly recommend this service.
Im still on my 3rd week, paid $149. They asked to do an intake for the next month. All I got was an approval email for a dosage increase. Wished they had included in the email that I will be charged 399. I definitely would have canceled, thought the 149 was a forever price. I reached out once I got the charge on my account. Emailed and texted them but no response. Now I have to dispute the charge.

No membership fees, guaranteed lifelong price for Tirz for $129 month with no hidden fees. Customer service was insanely quick and helpful and delivery service was quick and packaged cold.
So far so good!! Hoping to get into the next phase of this journey!
My product arrived broken && I’m still waiting to see what they are going to do about it.

Your shipping advertisement is a lie. It does not ship out in 2 business days. It's 5-7 business days before I even get a tracking number (which I still haven't got). And then there's the fact that every single vial has some sort of additive, which is not mentioned before you try to sign up. When asked, you say you can't offer the medicine without B vitamins or whatever. If I had known about the shipping or the vitamin nonsense I would have steered way clear and I will warn other people about this.

Price change is hidden. Not much support and long wait times to talk to someone. Also, I am trying to cancel and I am being harassed into trying to stay. It has been 3 days and they won't cancel my account!

I've just been on this 2 weeks I've not had any side effects that's good my hunger and cravings have decreased somewhat. I'm hoping to have some good results. Delivery was a lot faster than I thought.
I rated this on customer service only. I have just started at lowest dose with B12 so basically 0 chances of loosing weight this month. However I do have faith that I need to hang in there. So far I'm up 3 lbs. Very quick to respond, very positive. It remains to be seen if I pay a year in advance not knowing what dosage the professionals decide on. No side effects but then why would there be? Will report back❤️
Order showed up really fast and I had a few questions. Called the customer service line and they were very helpful
I didn’t think it was going to curb my appetite but it did! I’m eating less and I feel sick if I eat sweets so that’s an amazing deterrent. This is my second week on the medication and I’m very happy with it.
Was sick the second day but the nausea did pass
