On the whole, I was very happy until twice. There were some shipping issues
. As soon as I ordered within seconds, I sent a message to please hold off sending for a few days since I wouldn’t be home but both times they did anyway causing a major kerfuffle.
My second concern is my last batch didn’t seem to be nearly as powerful or potent as the previous at 2.5 mg weekly and I am waiting to see how I feel about this batch. I’m hoping things will normalize since I’m being approached daily by other companies for Semaglutide, but would rather stick with Layla!
It worked great
It worked great. I have put on about 10 pounds and I’m wanting to get started back.

You took my $400… with no way to call you
Overall my experience has been good. But there was an error in the shipping address a few months ago and it was absolutely impossible and frustrating trying to get it fixed. I never got the shipment and I am out $400. Your customer service texting system sucks… they just stopped responding to my messages…. and there is no way to call a human being. Congratulations you stole my $400 successfully. Please give people a phone number to call if there are problems. Other wise the product is fine.
Mo meds. No refund
The medication was sent to the wrong address. I never received it and was not refunded the $295. The company insisted they sent it to my new address. They were unable to provide proof of delivery.

after being on semaglutide for months- I was having to many side effects and wanted to switch to another medication- I never heard back after several emails and ended up quitting semaglutide cold turkey.

My experience with weightloss has been excellent. I am almost at my goal. I HAVE NOT been able to renew my next medication order and don't know what to do. I have reached out multiple time with no help. Could you please assist.
I do not recommend Layla for weight…
I do not recommend Layla for weight loss plans. They were very lax in sending my medication. It was supposed to be two day express due to the need for refrigeration. It always took five to six days to receive it. Of course the cold packs surrounding the med were melted. I reached out to them about this and ended up dealing with a circle of people who passed me on to someone else or was ignored completely. I finally had to dispute my payment to them via my Visa card after 12 days of runaround. Suggestion to them is to not used contracted out people from outside of the USA. Having knowledgeable staff would be the least of what they should provide. I have zero confidence with Layla. I switched to another company that delivers great customer service and they are $102 less monthly

My experience with Layla was great. Medication came when it was suppose to. Only had one problem with one order. The only problem I had was they were expensive.
Layla was using illegitamate pharmacies…
Layla was using illegitamate pharmacies to source my medication.
I received a letter from the State of Nevada that I was receiving medication from an unrecognized pharmacy and was told to stop using the RX immediately. Prior to that I was getting inconsistent packaging and medication types. As they different pharmacies would send it. Some were packaged good, and some were packaged bad. Some had instructions and some didnt. It was a bit confusing when dosage would change and I didn't have instructions how how many units to take.
Edit to Respond to Layla:
I messaged support every time, there was always a very long delay in response, and nothing was ever done to make it right. Also I got the letter from the state of Nevada telling me not to use the medication well after I stopped using your services.

No customer service phone number
Unfortunately, during the ice storm UPS could not deliver to my house. I cannot find where they left my package and Layla does not have any phone number for me to call them. I cannot seem to get this resolved so I am basically out $500.
