I have been a regular customer of Jolleys for 3 years. I initially it was great, staff were helpful delivery was nit great but ok. (Ie you couldn't place an order for delivery when they were closed...ridiculous but I worked around it.
These days, more often than not, every time I go in the store, they don't have stock. Its Lifestage Large Breed, their own brand. I thought it was just one store, but stock management seems to be an issue in ALL of their stores, wherever i go, empty shelf space. If the food is so popular, how are you not managing your stock better? Empty shelves just loses you customers!
Anyway, since its such a pain to switch my dogs food (he has allergies) I have so far persevered - I try to check stock first, do click & collect etc. Last week, I ordered 2 sacks for delivery, trying to save myself the 35 minute drive to their store, so i ordered in plenty of time. 4 days later, I finally get an email from DPD stating they are EXPECTING my parcel. They dont even have it yet?
(BTW, saying i should have paid for express posting is NO excuse for poor service)
So it will likely be ANOTHER 3 to 5 days before I receive it. I will runout of food before then! And of course, checking their stock online, I now need to drive 50 minutes to the nearest store than has it in stock, and I better hurry, they only have 3!
At a time when fuel costs are an all time high, this is more than poor service and inconvenience!
This is my last. Im done with Jolleys. Switching him over to a more reliable brand.

Poor service and management will send the company under. You can't afford to consistently fail like this when the competition is just so much better.

Service was very informative got food and sachets , and other goods, yes I would recommend, Jollies , saved me any worries,

Had a great experience at Jollyes. I picked up cat food, litter, a new cat tree, and some toys, and the quality of everything is fantastic. The cat tree is sturdy, the toys are a huge hit, and they have a great selection of food and essentials. It is so convenient being able to get all the good stuff in one trip. Highly recommend!

First time I’ve been in Jolleys, I didn’t think they’d sell frozen snake food.
The frozen reptile food fridge was immaculate. The packs come in a clear resealable bag so you can actually see the quality/ standard of the meals your pet will be eating before purchasing, which made my day because the pack of 10 Small Rts was at least half the price (£15/£17 here) but higher quality than I’ve have had the misfortune of lucky dipping at another store, these looked like they’d been very well looked after during the whole process, no gruesome discoveries.
The service was exceptional from staff, they helped me sign up for the club and was friendly.

Good products staff are very helpful

Easy to navigate store - Ashton under Lyne, Manchester, with a good range, good stock levels and nice staff.
Loses a point as the app is really basic and has poor functionality. Plus the advert on the store shelves offers a sign discount which is no longer applicable

Staff are always very helpful and informed but issue that if busy all staff are on the tills and there is a long wait if you are wanting advice
