Very good choice of products for my special cat, and great customer service. Considering there was a fault with the automatic door, which was apparently opening and shutting all day, allowing the cold wind to enter, the staff were remarkably professional.

Excellent service
Went for 2 items ,one was out of stock
However the cashier could not have been more apologetic and double checked the stock and the computer

Great shop with great prices

Love going to this pet store
Love going to this pet store. Lots of variety. There is lots of space between displays which makes it easier to look at products. They had everything I needed, from raw food to dog coat, also things I didn't need to buy but did. (lots of dog treats and toys)😜
