People around dog owners told us about your out let but never called in even though we live close to it What a surprise fantastic experience and cheaper than the bigger Pet stores we usually shop at so will definitely be getting all our supplies from them in the future 😃👍🏾

First time I've ever been in a Jollyes
First time I've ever been in a Jollyes. Loved the store, purchased food, collar, treats, etc young lad was really lovely. Very friendly helpful, not pushy. Will definitely go again. Pretty good on prices too.

Barnsley staff were incredibly rude
Barnsley staff were incredibly rude. I now refuse to shop there.
Edit for the reply. I emailed a complaint the same day and never received a conclusion. I couldn't remember the exact date of the incident. I just don't shop at any of your stores now and don't recommend them as the email complaint was never replied to.

we can see from this email that you mainly shop in our Wakefield store and have only ever shopped in Barnsley once in july 24 ,we will be sure to investigate this with store and hope that you find the staff in Wakefield store to be providing the correct level of service

I love Jollyes. The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. They always go above and beyond to help with all your needs whether that is a small or large enquiry.
