From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. Very helpful member of staff
Very helpful member of staff. Guided me to where the hedgehog food was. I also purchased 3 large sacks/bags of Sunflower Hearts, very heavy and awkward to carry. She offered her assistance and lifted them into my car boot.

Great customer service
Never shopped in your Gloucester store before, but I had a young person (Izzy I think her name was ) amazing customer service, you can tell she cared about animals and customers , I had a lot of questions and she answered them and showed me the best items that would be suitable, very knowledgable, and spent time discussing things through , she is a total credit to your Gloucester branch and I will be returning because of this
