The staff are always knowledgeable and super friendly
The staff are always knowledgeable and willing to help.
Once I went in two minutes to close and needed help with a purchase and the two members of staff were more than willing to help and stay late.

Best cut for my cocker
I had my cocker spaniel, Reggie, groomed here and I couldn’t be happier with the result. The groomer did an amazing job—easily the best cut Reggie has ever had! They were professional, friendly, and clearly very experienced with spaniels. The whole process was smooth, and Reggie came back looking and smelling beautiful. On top of that, the price was really reasonable for the quality of service. Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back!

Good range of products avaialble
Good range of products for my dogs cats and chickens . Very friendly staff and helpful . I like the regular loyalty discount - it makes a big difference when buying for a number of animals . The only thing problematic is the tills don’t always seem to work for the staff . This is an ongoing issue and should be dealt with for better efficiency
