Really good selection of dog treats and toys etc. Very reasonably priced. Staff are friendly and helpful. I work right next to a different pet store but prefer the selection choice and prices here so worth the extra drive.

Prices have increased and you no longer get discount even when loyal to shop. The old system on the app was much better

We have visited the Kingswood Store in Hull twice now. The first time we wanted to purchase some toys for our dog. Having stood in a long queue for ages eventually someone came down the queue to say the card machine was not working. We were just told if we didn't have cash we would have to leave the goods and come back another day - no apology for the inconvenience and the time we had been left standing in the queue before we were told. Our 2nd visit was just as disappointing. We wanted to purchase a waterproof coat for the dog. When we went across to the area they were in, there was lots of stock on pallets and we couldn't get anywhere near. We found an assistant and told him what we wanted to purchase but could not reach because of the stock pile and all he said was ' oh yer we have just had a delivery'. I can understand stock has to be put away and needs to be stored until the job is completed but surely the assistant should have at least tried to assist us with the sale. Visited twice and been very dissatisfied with the service on both occasions so there will not be a 3rd visit.
