From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. 3 times i have come into the shop now…
3 times i have come into the shop now to complain about my jollyes card and all 3 times i have had them say contact customer service and thats all they say i contact CS and they dont do anything aswell whats the point in shopping there if getting treated like this

Good range of products

Excellent discount.
Cat brand cat food I buy is already cheaper at Jolleys. When I got to the checkout, I found out registered members get an additional discount. Brilliant! I will only be purchasing from Jolleys from now on.

Staff that go the extra mile
We chose Jollyes to vaccinate our dogs this year as our usual vet was affected by the recent fire in Northampton Nene Valley retail park. The vet was really great with our dogs, took the time to examine, give general advice on health and of course did the vaccinations. Really competitively priced, convenient and easy to book. We've always noticed that the staff in Jollyes always take the time out to greet us, make a fuss of the dogs with treats etc whenever we visit. We love visiting and our dogs do too 5/5
