As always the standard of service and care at the Runcorn store was excellent.

I always bring all my pets here for their vaccinations because its a great price but mostly because the vet and whatever assistant is on with her are always caring and patient with my pets,our pets always have a quick check over and she listens to their heart by the vet too,even our most skittish cat was calm around the vet,I highly recommend bringing your pets for their vacs and worm/flea treatment.

Staff lovely and really helpful

Called in to buy 2 coats for 2 Chihuahua dogs, one chunky buy not overweight, the other about half the size! Chose 2 knitted coats, and spoke to a very helpful girl who said I could return them if not the right size. Coats look good, fit great, so not returning. But good to know there's human beings to speak to!

Extremely efficient, knowledgeable and friendly staff here at the Runcorn branch. Nothing is too much trouble.

When in got what I wanted, no issues

My dogs love the ham bones and keep them occupied for hours. The member of staff found some "half" bones for me which was much appreciated.

I love how friendly and helpful at all times. The only cons are that what we needed desperately needed was out of stock!

The young lady that served me was very helpfull as im transfering my dogs from 1 dog food and trying to find a good alternative she advised me on the 2 i had picked

Great service but think the loyalty discount should have stayed.

Staff are super helpful. Certain items are overpriced, especially for the smaller furry friends.

The staff are always so friendly, helpful and approachable. They make sure that you find everything that you need.
I personally find the store feels like it's a Family run business atmosphere and the staff are happy to spend time assisting you and investing time into the customer, which is a rarity and hard to find these days.
