From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. Excellent service
Was recommended Jollyes by a friend and wasn’t disappointed. Visited Friday 29th August 2025 and received excellent customer service from a lovely young lady. When buying a Bully Billow harness and lead for my Doberman at the Runcorn store.

People at the top are clueless
Would have been 5 but having to visit store for 3 consecutive days because of deliveries changing & no information for staff on what is delivered. Head office need to address this. Fortunately 1 member of staff, Sophie went out of her way to assist

Pleasant Store
The store is very pleasant on the whole. However, I went in for a specific product (ie beaphar tooth gel), but they did not have it. Therefore, I had to go home and order it online.
