Although the item required was inaccessible and not very well presented on the top shelf right at the back of the shelf depth - the gentleman assistant was very accommodating reaching for the packs and as there were no trolleys available he carried the 2 cat litter packs to the till..continued to finalise the transaction and carried them to my car for me. Very grateful

Good products and friendly staff. I use Meadowhall Retail Park, which if you spend enough to require a trolley, should really have automated entrance doors. If you had stuck to the old loyalty scheme of 15% off of pet food it would have been 5 stars

Went in the shop to see if I could book my new puppy in for his next injection was told it was full book and I could go to rotherham, never said I had to book on line. I also wanted a harness for him the small was tiny so tried the medium that's what it said on the label so I got a Large and when I got it home it was way to big so the medium must have been a small as well. I then asked a member of staff for help as could see any Harringtons puppy wet food she came round looked on shelf and said no there's none there which I all ready saw for my self, no offers of going in the store room to see if there was any. Not very helpful at all and before you ask no they was busy the shop was empty.

Loyalty app broken for months and points/vouchers unusable,so app uninstalled and deleted.Have found another retailer (within 100yrds) up to 50%cheaper on occasion for our regular purchases,so now only use jollys as a last resort..Pity used to be so much better.
