Visited the store in Stockton on Friday and all the staff were really friendly and welcoming, it was a real breath of fresh air to come to store and be welcomed by such happy friendly staff keep up the good work Stockton

Took my dog for her booster using Jollyes for the 1st time. Booking was easy registration on the day was straight forward. Vet was lovely very polite, checked my dog over and then administered the injection, which my dog didn't feel so all went well. Overall a very relaxing experience

Absolutely disgusting, I was given advice for my dog by a member of staff called Katie. She seemed like she knew what she was talking about but that was absolutely false, after having to rush my dog to the emergency vets not even 12 hours after taking the advice from her. i now have a very big vet bill because a “Professional” worker doesn’t know basic animal knowledge. Thankfully my dog will be ok but the next persons dog might not be.

Plenty, of choice, if not as much as before, 1 thing that does get me is been asked every time I go in, if I want to buy a dinner for the dogs or cats home, and its full price so you are making a profit on a charity donation, and it doesn't state that jollyes privides 1 for every 1 bought, even though yours would still cost you nothing because of the profits made from the customers donation, its not on, you need to improve that asap, or I will be going back to pets at home..

Friendly helpful staff with everything needed

Got a 12kg of dog food to find when we got home it was mouldy had to take it back to shop who were very good and exchanged it but this is the second bag in 2 months it’s been mouldy .Was told by store it would be reported to head office nothing back from them and they are going to send this bag to them too.In store service can’t fault but after sales service shocking even an acknowledgement would be nice .
