Good quality, price, helpful and polite at the site in Fenton, Stoke on Trent

There was a guy at the till yesterday with the biggest attitude I've ever seen for a store assistant so. Rude so unhelpful to the point were I feel I can't even go back to the store. Me and my husband was only asking were the canary seed was because I couldn't see it anyway turns out the shipping does not cover the product and I have to buy bulk which will cost me £20 pounds I'm not happy and you have lost me as a customer.

Terrible since you took over. Products have been removed far superior to what you have now. In the raw food

However stocks are hit and miss with products?? No stock of butchers simply gentle trays for some time. Have to shop elsewhere for it.

Visited the Victoria Road store several times in a week and could not purchase what I required as non on the shelves. This is not the first time this last few months that this has happened. Not happy as I’ve been forced to visit another retail pet store & paid more for what’s the same items.

Every time we go in the staff are always welcoming. You can ask any staff member for help or advice and they take the time to explain everything you need to know. The store is always clean and tidy. Everything is easy to find

Amazing customer service given at jollyes pet store Fenton stoke on Trent, we have been buying our dog food online for 3 years & one day decided to have a look here, the dog food we bought from jollyes is the same ingredients to the online we purchased online & its £16.00 cheaper, we have two British bulldogs with skin conditions & we were given some really good advice on how to manage there conditions & it seems to be working, would highly recommend you visit this store
