Staff fantastic. And best news. The grooming parlour will be ready in a while. Will definitely recommend any animal owners to check out the many things available in store.
The younge man that served myself and my husband was friendly,helpful and knowledgeable. The store was clean and well stocked. Will definitely return to get more pet supplies.

Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. Earlier this month it was also named for the first time as one of the best big companies to work for in the Sunday Times annual survey. Was served by a lovey member of staff called Alice whom had given me advice on my dogs allergies i was served at the checkout by a member of staff called josie who had greeted me politeness also i must include the other checkout member of staff called shay due to the fact there where 3 members of staff in the shop who were all willing to listen with courtesy well done to all members of staff at jollyes Fforestfach swansea on good customer service

Customer service

Code to email not working ….
At the till trying to access app but not sending code to email . The assistant very apologetic but said a few people have had same issue
Also I live so far away a trip to Jollyes is only when I need cat litter which is not that frequent so when I hit the mail for 10% off from joining email ( that came through ok !) it said expired ! Should have a longer expiry date …
