Sick to death of woman in there, i think she is the manager, i have heard about her dogs so many time si know them as well her i think.
Add to that there is another woman that ignores you unless you speak to her. Not bad pricing but a bad experience

Staff unfailingly helpful.
Staff never fail to be kind and help me with lifting heavy items off the shelf and also into my car. Polite, cheerful and utterly pleasant.

Pricing on the shelves do not match…
Pricing on the shelves do not match prices on the till, this has happened twice in the last month, excuse given is they have relocated a lot of items ?
But obviously not paid attention when moving items that the price tag is also correct.

Great service from Kelly
Popped into Jollyes Pet store in Swindon @Mannington Retail Park, And was looked after by Kelly, it was close to closing time and we were just popping in on the off chance to get some advice on cat food. Kelly was BRILLIANT, very helpful and friendly. She took the time and we walked away with some samples for our fussy cat to try. no pressure to buy or leave, just a friendly member of staff at the end of the shift.
Working in customer service myself I know how important this is for a business, and you have a very good staff member here.
