Nice experience
I came into the store yesterday to buy some food for my dog Chester and a lovely young man called Charlie helped me to chose the best option by giving me examples of the best foods for my senior dog and even went so far as to help me to find the best treats for my dog and helped me take all of my bits to my car as they were heavy, overall I would say that Charlie as well as the other staff are extremely helpful and well mannered, although the shop was a quite untidy however I was explained that they were having a move around, I look forward to coming back and hopefully seeing the store more tidy

The store used to be better and sometimes no one is on the till . I mentioned the prices had gone up regarding a product I buy all the time and the shop Assistant didn't seem aware . Not a very good atmosphere starts good then a big lapse !

Good value for money
The bug selection can sometimes be very hit and miss, especially locust, i guess it depends on delivery. They are very fairly priced for live food and the cost is good value if they have stock in that isn't half dead.
