The stuff at my local branch are excellent. Will always go that extra mile cannot praise them enough unfortunately your point system is absolutely appalling. I spend a lot of money monthly and have done for 18 months but cannot retrieve any points that needs to be addressed.

Brilliant,great for our cat, and our feathered friends too....the cats fat so she can't get them.. while we watch them on the.feeders...

Staff could be more alert to customer needs
I purchased three bulk items all very heavy, managed two to my car left third on shop floor by till, returned to collect, it had been moved!
Staff did not help carry to car!!

Buying dog treats that showed a price tag of 3 for £3.00 but was charged £1.30 for each! Perhaps I needed to buy the same flavour for the discount; if that was the case, it was not clear.

I was looking for a particular type of food for my cat and the staff were very helpful with different choices. I also had problems with finding my discount voucher on my phone and they helped with that too. Great service.

A lovely member of staff gave me some invaluable advise for my puppy. She was very knowledgable and her advise turned out to be sound.She helped me decide on food for my puppy as she had a bad tummy with thd food she was on. She now is better.
