Very nice people in store and helpful

I was going to contact you myself regarding our trip to your store yesterday. There were two ladies working (unfortunately I didn't see either of their names) it was around 6pm though. From the minute we entered the shop, they went above and beyond in their service to us. We did have a very cute puppy so I think that did help!!
They were both very knowledgeable about your products and when they weren't sure, they checked and let us know the answer. They gave us great advice and promoted Jollyes products which we purchased because of their knowledge. I have an Autistic child who struggles to interact socially and one of the ladies was so kind and patient with them. I honestly would not want to shop anywhere else due to our experience with you. They are both a real credit to your company.

Staff and store are great. Set out really well for the size of the store and of course pet friendly.

Shop had plenty of stock and the staff are lovely and very knowledgeable credit for employing such a good team
Also you own brand "artisan" range is the only dog food that doesn't trigger his allergies

Although Jollyes seem to be having a problem securing the Eukanuba dog food I need for my Dobermann, the staff are always pleasant and helpful and have promised to let me know when it is in stock. I wish other places adhered to the same ethos.

I called the store on the 10th for sunflower and mixed bird seed. They outside the door every sack I checked had water damage from the recent rain so the seeds inside were we . I told the assistant and she got me some dry ones from the store room, and she started taking the one's outside in and they would have be disposed of. I had to call there again today as forgot the cat biscuits I needed. We have had extremely heavy rain here today. The bird seed's were back outside again!
