Having been to see a few different lawyers to get my Mum's will updated, finally we found people who were prepared to listen.

Throughout what was naturally a very difficult and emotional time, every member of staff I dealt with was compassionate, understanding, and highly efficient. Really poor. Jones White arranged a call back about my case I was wanting to take with them. The call back was over 40 minutes later than agreed and after waiting for 4 days for the call back I was told that they could not take my case because of conflict of interest. Should this check not have been done on the first contact I had 3 days previously so 3 days of wasted time.
