We wanted something that was screen free, could be customized and changed according to age and interest, and that was kid user friendly. Jooki fit that and has become a large part in our daily lives. My child loves the freedom to listen to the music he wants. This was a great solution without a "smart home" device like Alexa or Google.

Impossible d’avoir une mise à jour pour la 1ere génération du Jooki. Je pense que le site européen ne fontionne plus et que du coup pas de SAV de la part des USA, en tous cas aucune réponse à tous mes essais de contact, adresse support, mail... alors qu'il suffirait peut-être d'un update du logiciel qui peut être fait à distance. Honteux de ne plus pouvoir utiliser le Jooki car plus supporté ou qu'on se moque des européens.
The speaker in the Jooki goes all fuzzy after only a few plays. Have tried emailing the company multiple times to try and get it fixed or replaced - no response. Would not recommend.

One token was off from the start, support doesn't answer in any wat that I tried to reach them.
Our Jooki isn’t working (won’t connect to WiFi). We tried every tip and we sent an email asking for help and never got a response when we reached out to customer service. In reality, it only worked for like 8 months.
Error messages, zero customer support. A complete waste of money.
It went from brilliant (we had the original jooki which eventually broke so I purchased the second generation for my second child, had no issues and it's still working) to the company apparently not existing anymore!

Had an issue on their product that is still under warranty. It has been two weeks they never bothered to answer.
Our Jooki broke after 9 months and customer service has never responded to me. Now the Amazon listing is gone and I can't even leave a review. I've contacted them multiple times and they seem to have disappeared.
We ordered a Jooki in June and have still not received anything. They have already taken the payment from us and are not responding to any email activity.
Would avoid at all costs.
We’ve gone through 2 Jooki’s, both are unable to connect to wifi and the app after awhile. I’ve done hard resets, lots of troubleshooting, and have contacted customer service. We love the idea of Jooki/Spotify, but it just isn’t for us.
Seems like the complete company Muuselabs just disappeared!
I sent in a broken Jooki, now no replies from support or anything. Facebook profile is gone too.

I ordered a Jooki on June 17th, and today (June 26th) - I still have no news if the product has been expedited. I reached out to the support team as I needed this gift for a birthday last Saturday. Of course, it was not here on time for the birthday, and even today - I have no clue if this thing is coming. For such a high price (€150) I would expect more visibility into the shipping process. Customer support didn't apologise even once, and only said that their logistics partner is having an issue; Ok, so what does that mean? Next time, better off buying Tonies. And your support team could use some lessons from Amazon. This is clearly a company that's not customer obsessed.
