Our Special day was on the 10th of May 2025.
We had purchased a ring, however had very little time left and we were sure that the ring would not make it on time.

Despite the very short time frame/ notice to allow the workshop to finish, engrave and deliver the ring; the Joshua James team went above and beyond to ensure the ring did arrive on time and we weren’t left without a ring.

Our ring arrived on the exact day before 13:00.

The ring and the engraving within the band are perfectly done. We could not be happier with the high quality craftsmanship and the support throughout.

I was looking for a quality platinum wedding band and had done a lot of research online and decided to go with Joshua James. From chatting online via their website. I decided I wanted the heavy band. A price was agreed and I waited approximately 3 weeks for it to arrive. I was not disappointed!

We thought the service from Joshua James was excellent. Personal appointment and knowledgeable.
Bought 2 platinum rings which arrived within 3 weeks. We did have an issue where one of them did not have a hallmark stamp on it. This was raised with them and they apologised and collected it from our home address and resolved it with the Assay Office. It was returned within 1 week. After a month, no issues with the rings

Not a particularly great experience to be honest. Bought an engagement ring and all very nice to start with, but it quite quickly became misshapen and a part of the ring was clearly thinner than the rest of it. Sent it back to repair it which they did for free, but when it was returned it was accompanied by a rather passive aggressive note saying that my partner must have damaged it and 'future damages may be chargeable' which she was understandably upset about. I advised them of this and they've just ignored it. I expected a bit better to be honest, just an apology rather than refusing to accept the blame for something which was clearly a fault at their end. I appreciate that sort of thing can happen, but to just refuse to take any sort of responsibility isn't great. Probably won't get the wedding rings for them!!

I ordered 2 charms for my daughter's 21st birthday. Vast choice online. They were delivered very quickly with a nice gift bag to put them in. Free postage too. Great service.

For the second time on two separate purchases I have had faulty products from this company. The ask for a photo, I send this and your then required to return item, both presents to family living miles away so I have to ask them to return said item. I have just received a replacement which is good so now I have to post back to niece. On neither the emails or the enclosed paperwork is there an apology for defect items. I will not be ordering from you again.
