I do believe in using a journal to express feelings, and I know that men, through life experience do not like in engaging in conversation, so writing is another way of expressing thoughts ,feelings ,aspirations etc.

My sessions that I have had with JMJ have been soo uplifting. Where I've felt as a man there's not many people to talk to and trust, knowing that I can turn to someone and talk knowing that this is a safe space truly warmed my heart. The level of honesty and transparency has helped save me when I've felt like I've been at my lowest. Not only that the journal that I was given as a gift as been something that I thought only worked in movies but has been a timestamp of my life which has helped me to reflect

Nathaniel was a speaker at an event I hosted in honour of my dad and promoting the importance of men’s mental health. He was great to deal with from the start of the process to the end. He was a fantastic speaker who is clearly passionate about men’s mental health and you can feel that in the way he is able to captivate a room and keeps everyone engaged. He left the audience with some great food for thought. He bought along so of his journals to sell on the day and a few of the attendees had mentioned they were excited to start using his his journal and he had inspired some men in the room to start recording their thoughts. When I did a survey at the end to get event feedback he was mentioned as being a highlight for many attendees. Whether you want to buy a journal or you want someone who’s passionate and engaging to speak on mental health I highly vouch for Nathaniel from Journal my Journey. He’s building more than a brand he’s started a community that’s talking about a bigger problem.
