Hannah where do I start! This is our first baby and I wanted to find someone to guide us through this new journey of preparing for labour and the fourth trimester, with the goal being to make my partner and I feel empowered and excited for what’s ahead. You did all of that and MORE! Such an incredible course and I am now so excited to bring my little girl into the world with the knowledge and techniques I have learnt in our 121 sessions with you. Could not recommend more!

Hannah has gone above and beyond with her doula sessions and has supported us in various ways.
Hannah offers arrange of services within the sessions but myself and my partner more so needed advice regarding breast feeding and to be taught new positions.
Hannah showed us a few tips and tricks which my little boy loves and seems to enjoy longer feeds!

She also made some delicious lactating cookies which were amazing! I came down one day to grab one and my partner had taken one to work so that’s when you know they were good!

Hannah offered some brilliant advice regarding our night time routine, our baby has a bottle of my breast milk from dad and we had been given mixed advice from others that I wasn’t absolutely 100% on. I wanted clarification/reassurance from Hannah that myself and my partner were giving baby the right amount of my milk. She reassured us we were meeting our breast fed babies needs correctly.

My now 8 week old boy absolutely loves her and his face lights up with joy when sees her, knowing that he is in safe caring hands is all a mother needs and we certainly get that with Hannah.

We genuinely can’t thank Hannah enough for all of the love she has shown us over the last few months.

We would highly recommend the doula sessions as they are tailored to yours and your baby’s individual needs.
In fact I often find myself talking to expecting mums and dads about the hypnobirthing sessions and doula sessions often!

She is open and honest about her own experiences and is confident in what she says. I was never afraid to ask a question no matter how silly it sounded to me.

Prior to the course I was unsure of how I could help my partner through the birth of our baby. The course provided me with information to help make informed decisions with my partner every step of the way (more so than NCT classes which we also did). I also picked up techniques to keep myself and my partner calm and positive throughout the pregnancy and birth. The course has made us both excited for the birth rather than nervous.

I couldn't recommend this course more! Hannah is a wonderful teacher and the small nature of the classes means you're able to have a personal experience and feel comfortable to ask any questions you need to. We both left the course feeling informed, empowered and excited about our birth. Hannah was also great at providing extra additional resources local to me.

The course gave me such a good understanding of what is to come and I feel any to be parents would massively benefit from working with Hannah. Things can be overwhelming and everyone around you has opinions based on their experiences. Hannah enabled us to take parts of these experiences from people but to focus on the outcome for us. As an instructor Hannah is amazing, she puts you at ease and her relaxed but informed nature ensures you’re always able to ask questions and get a full understanding. Hannah makes it fun to learn too so the knowledge goes in without you really knowing.

This course covers everything you need to know about pregnancy, birth and beyond. I would happily recommend this as a stand along course, having attended both this and the usual antenatal course. Personally, the mindset hypnobirthing has given me is a newly found life skill – I know this will help me in so many ways in the future. Prior to sessions, I felt overwhelmed, under prepared mentally, and feared outcomes that may never happen. All this consumed by thoughts, during what should be an exciting time. Hannah has such a genuine heart that’s full of passion and knowledge which eliminates all those feelings of self-doubt and what ifs. I have come away feeling the most confident, empowered mummy-to-be ready to have the birth that's best for me. I’m so excited to meet our baby and experience this with my husband, its bonded us even more and created this powerful team, that can and will do this together.

Hannah has been one of the highlights of my pregnancy journey, I can’t thank her enough for sharing hypnobirthing practices. I just can’t stop telling everyone about it.

Journey Ahead Hypnobirthing has been absolutely amazing for both myself and my partner. We have gained so much knowledge and courage while being under Hannah’s wing. Hannah is so insightful and even after the course has continued to support us both! She delivered the course with so much profession but also makes you feel at ease and comfortable enough to learn from. We gained so much confidence when we did the course, sadly it had dipped a little due to personal reasons but Hannah noticed right away & was right there to pick me back up and helped me self believe again with finding my voice.
I’m quite an anxious person as it is let alone when I’m about to give birth & Hannah helped me feel completely normal for my worries and eased any away! We couldn’t recommend Journey Ahead Hypnobirthing anymore! I practically tell everyone who I encounter about Hannah! 🫶🏼
