I am impressed with the after sales service of All 4 Kids.. After a recent purchase, just before Christmas of "workbench with tool set"
a piece of the tool set was missing. Following an email to sellers the missing piece was quickly forwarded & received in time for Christmas.
The item was otherwise as described & our Grandson is having loads of fun with it. Very happy with purchase.

I was happy with the delivery, just a bit disappointed when I contacted Joybaby on Facebook they never got back to me in the 24 hour mentioned in there reply message.

Product looked as the picture. Good quality. Fast delivery.

Shipping duration is so long. I ordered on 12th Nov and according to Aus post it will arrive on 26th Nov. So it'll take 2 weeks to arrive to Sydney from Melbourne.

This was exactly what I was looking for and just like the photo. It is solid and easy to assemble with the perfect amount of storage and doubles as bedside table!!

Great quality products made from real timber.

Shipping time great. Value for money ++. There's a lot of pink, but I just changed it up by painting & staining a few of the pieces with paint I already had.

I ordered and my item was delivered in excellent condition in the time specified. Well done and I would recommend.

The product came quickly and was exactly as described, delivered in a flat pack to assemble. The only disappointing thing was that the finish on some of the pieces wasn’t great - A few rough edges and a couple of chips in the paint. Overall pretty happy.

Great product, quick delivery!

I give it 5 stars for stability but my 2 year old learnt how to open it in one day it was meant to keep her out to stop her from touching my 5month old now the 2year old uses it as a playhouse!

The box arrived falling apart with the foam pieces shattered. The item is cheaply made, has chips all over it. Would not buy again.

The website looks good and staff where helpful when called. The delivery time was over 2 wks. The order was placed 26th July delivered until 7th-August.
I was provided a tracking number that didn't work, so had to call and find out when it would arrive. I was told 3rd august when i spoke with someone. I called again on the 5th to find out where it was and was told they would find out and get back to me the following day. was called and told it would be delivered 6th August
Then the delivery needed a signature so had to get it needed redelivered.
Over all a very poor experience.

when i purchase online i expect the product to be shipped that day or the following day and to receive the product in under 1 wk.
