The company had been agents for Webasto and Side-Power since the year 2000. We offer sales, installation, servicing and support of marine heating, air conditioning, bow and stern thrusters, marine refrigeration and marine generators. JPC sell only the best products available on the market, including Webasto diesel heaters, Webasto air conditioning, and Side-Power bow and stern thrusters. Isotherm fridges, Isotemp water heaters and Whisper Power, Paguro, Fischer Panda and Kohler marine generators, are also part of our range. Our online shop also offers a full range of parts for all of the above brands.

Really impressed by JPC Direct
Really impressed by JPC Direct, their knowledge, product range and personal service. Greg has been excellent at sourcing and supplying hard to find Isotherm spare parts. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again and recommend.

Disappointed in shipping costs. Don’t recall the site asking for shipping preference and most $ approach was used. Between VAT and shipping paid 3x for product

Hi Valentine - I am very sorry that you were unhappy with the service - I am afraid that the cost is standard for courier delivery from the UK to the US - and we use Fedex as they are the most reliable courier - turning around delivery over a weekend is arguably a pretty good service. I am sorry that you felt let down by the service that we provided.

Working for JPC
Started working for JPC last month and I'm sad to be leaving so soon due to moving to Wales.
Management and employees have been really welcoming that I've felt part of the team straight away.
I will miss the girls M&S so much as they've been amazing to work with.
I can't express how much I appreciate everything JPC has done for me by taking me on and trusting me to work along side them.

Overcame delivery issues with great customer service
It took a while to sort the delivery issue and the staff at JPC helped in finding the package. Happy with the customer service from Greg and happy with the service kit. We could have avoided the delivery issues if I had known who the local delivery carrier was since the attempted delivery notice was somehow lost. Thank you again.
