Georgia has been super all year round - she even helps people move in if you ask her nicely!

I have dealt with Joanne and Georgia in the main and found the overall service received to be absolutely top notch - efficient, eager to help and everything ran smoothly.

I have lived in one of their properties for over a year now and I have never had a better estate agent. They are so helpful and friendly even after you move in. Always help out with any queries/ issues you get. Georgia has been especially great and always there as a point of contact when you need help. The agency/ general running of the building is a massive reason why I ended up extending the tenancy!!

Georgia has been exceptional throughout. Always helpful and willing to help. Easy to communicate and really friendly. Deffo ask to speak to her to deal with any issues if you rent a place at The Mailbox.

Excellent performances should always be recognised rather than just an expectancy that they're just doing their job. Having worked with Ringleys for a number of months now and dealing primarily with Georgia I can honestly say that the professionalism and performance has been fantastic since the first phone call. A true asset to the business.

Georgia was amazing at showing us around. She made us feel so welcome and at ease with the whole viewing. She was really friendly and answered all questions we asked. Amazing company, first time applying to rent and me and my partner have felt completely at ease throughout the whole process! Very professional, efficient and friendly. Highly recommended.

Always there when I need them. Helped me through stressful situations numerous times. You don't always get a great tenant and I am sure tenants don't always get a great landlord. I think JP Hay have always done a great job of smoothing the edges involved when the tenant and/or landlord are not in the best of places.
