Electrical Water Tank install
I had an electrical heat pump water tank installed today with JR Gas & Water. The service was fantastic from the time I spoke to them first all the way till completion of the job. I will highly recommend their services. The guys that came to install it Brandon, Jai and Markus were great guys and knew exactly what they were doing, they were on time, did a great job, did not leave a mess behind, and managed to complete the job with 2 hours! Highly efficient and recommended.

By far the best
By far the most efficient team, quote was the best out of several. Service was incredibly organised and professional. Brandon installed ours quickly and everything explained to us at the end, the whole area was tidy and left neat too! Thank you so much.

JR Gas & Water did an urgent same-day…
JR Gas & Water did an urgent same-day heat water cylinder replacement for me yesterday, the communication via email/text messages/phone calls were very efficient and effective, in particular, with some photos of my old cylinder and the electricity meter box, Jarred confirmed that I could have a fixed rate, without having to worry about any extra/unexpected expenses.
All peripheral pipes, valves (control/mix/etc) were brand new, specifically, whoever installed my old cylinder used a rubber pipe for the waste water, but Brandon/Charlie used a copper one.
JR Gas & Water looked after Form 4 payment and submission, and I got it today, with 7 years warranty on workmanship and 12 years warranty from Rheem, I won't have to worry anything about my hot water cylinder for the next decade.
Rheem is the best (if not one of them) electric storage hot water system, I have been comparing services and cost with different vendors/tradies and JR Gas & Water provided the most cost-effective product and service, highly recommend to anyone.

IStore 180 Heat Pump install by JR Gas & Water
We used JR Gas & Water to install an IStore 180 heat pump. Easy and quick to get a quote, reasonable price, discounts for being flexible with time, workers turned up on time and did quick clean install. We had hot water that night. Easy to claim the STC - they took it off the price we paid. Loving the heat pump. It runs off our 3.2kw PV system easily. Working very well, quiet and we took it off night rate so it only runs in daylight and not annoying the neighbours.
