True Origin Opiniones

Our orders arrive quickly and safely. True Origin is always keen to help

Excellent in all aspects from use of website, to ordering, to receiving the delivery. Lovely products which were well packed. I would highly recommend True Origin.

Speedy delivery, excellent products.

The packing and packaging is excellent and things arrive quickly. I love the products!

Ordering was simple and everything I wanted was in stock. I think this is the only place you can get Traidcraft teabags online

I like the range of fair trade goods that you offer. My order came quickly and was well packed. Thank you. Jonathan

I met the staff in person at a recent event and got to taste some of the cashews. Was really impressed by the quality of the products, leadership from their MD Tracy Mitchell and impact story. All round great business.

Customers services contacted me directly to make some exchanges and was very helpful. The parcel was packed well and arrived safely today. Thank you

My order to True Origin was despatched fairly promptly, and arrived in good condition, well protected by internal packaging and a strong, reusable box. I am trying some new products this time, and expect they will be as good as the others I have tasted before. Top marks for Traidcraft compostable tea bags.

I love the products because I know they are all ethically sourced. And I know from experience that they're delicious too! The service was very quick. Although a couple of things were out of stock, I got an email straight away telling me I would be refunded.

Tea is excellent as always. Arrived as promised and delivered on time

Arrived quickly as ordered, packed extremely well and no breakages!

Delivery a bit slow & quite expensive

I am a Fair Trade stall holder with a small budget. True Origin were responsive and adaptable to the needs I had in making the last order.
They were always available and responded quickly to queries. They got an order delivered quickly for me in time for my next market.

Easy to order, good product information. Quick delivery in environmentally-friendly packaging. All products very good.
