The Jubilee Mint specialises in limited-edition gold, silver and commemorative coins, helping collectors celebrate history and discover pieces with lasting personal significance. Based in Dorset, where our Head Office and Order Fulfilment Centre are located, we draw on our founder’s more than two decades of experience in sourcing contemporary releases and historic coins from around the world. Our carefully selected range brings together British favourites, including the gold Sovereign and silver Britannia, alongside coins from respected international mints. We have a particular interest in Royal Family commemoratives and issues marking significant British anniversaries, achievements and national events. We also commission exclusive coin designs produced in strictly limited quantities, giving collectors the opportunity to mark important occasions with something distinctive. Alongside these new releases, our relationships with established secondary-market suppliers help us source earlier issues, including coins that may no longer be available from their original issuer. Whether you are buying your first commemorative coin, choosing a meaningful gift or adding to an established collection, we want the experience to be straightforward and enjoyable. Our friendly, professional Customer Services team is available to answer questions and assist with your order. For added reassurance, all orders are backed by our 30-day money-back guarantee. Our easypay interest-free monthly instalment scheme is also available on selected items, offering the flexibility to spread the cost of your purchase. At The Jubilee Mint, we believe the pleasure of collecting lies in the stories behind each coin as much as its design and craftsmanship. We value our customers’ feedback and use it to help improve the service we provide.

Dear Robert,
Thank you for your feedback, and we're sorry to hear that the size of the coin didn’t meet your expectations.
We’d like to reassure you that all the key specifications of the coin, including its diameter and weight, were clearly included in the advert and fully approved by the relevant advertising regulator.
We always aim to provide transparent and accurate information so customers know exactly what to expect. This particular 16mm diameter coin is struck in 1g of 9-carat gold, to the highest proof standard, and is priced at £49, which is in line with the gold spot value alone at current market rates. This does not include the design, minting, and presentation costs, which are typically factored into the pricing of collectable proof coins.
We understand that smaller coins can sometimes take people by surprise, and if you’re looking for something more substantial in size, we do offer larger Concorde editions featuring the same design, which may be more to your liking.
Thank you again for sharing your thoughts - we appreciate your feedback and hope to assist you again in the future.
If we can be of any further assistance, please contact us on 0800 038 5510 or customerservices@jubileemint.co.uk. We are always here to help and value your continued support.

The member of staff was courteous, informative and regrettably, I was in a hurry to do other things so I had to cut the call short. He was very understanding about things.
