Rather pointless

Rather pointless, if it worked and held a decent charge and did not self discharge then that would be useful . Design fault. I spent £30 on a 3 charge juice bank, it takes ages to charge fully, it only holds a short charge before self discharging, very exspensive for a product that does not uphold for its intended use, the hardware design is pleasent but the software design is not up to scratch on this particular item, it needs to be redesigned so it does not self discharge and holds a longer charge , better products can be purchased else where for half the price which do the intended job at hand better. Very disapointing.

Less than a months use from iPad charge cable.

Purchased a juice 2 mtr usb c to c cable from tescos
On 3rd jan this year 2025, this failed within 3 weeks.
Have been refunded by tescos fair play by their customer team.The cable full price was 22quid reduced to 16.Not what you expect from pricey bit of kit.The packaging and presentation are top notch,but the cables are dross, do not even think of buying them.For that money you can purchase a belkin item.Never going near this company’s merch again.

Terrible company don’t know why they…

Terrible company don’t know why they still exist every charger I’ve got from them has broke in under a month !

Juice have responded saying that they have a small amount of chargers that becomes faulty and that I can replace the item

I can show you my last 7 receipts of exchanges within the last 2 months at Sainsbury’s which now I have given up exchanging
I thought I was the problem but juice can not justify this issue as EVERYONE clearly can see juice is rated 1 star on Trustpilot for a reason. Everyone is experiencing the same issues with the charger, bit of a shame that juice is apparently the largest uk supplier which is definitely not agreed with myself and I’m sure with the rest of their customers too

As the largest supplier of chargers within the UK, unfortunately we do occasionally have a small amount of products that develop a fault when in use, when this happens we are more than happy to replace the product if the purchase has been registered or you have proof of purchase.

Great product.

I'm really surprised to see all the poor reviews on here. I bought a 25w charger for my Samsung phone over a year ago from Argos and it has performed perfectly. In fact, I'm about to buy another as my wife keeps using it to charge her phone.

Poor quality

Had a juice charger for 18 months used very lightly and is now completely dead. Spoke with juice and they tell me that it’s wear and tear. Obviously very poor quality items. Will go elsewhere for my chargers. Terrible company.

I brought a Juice charger 2 weeks ago, it only worked for 2 weeks now it wont charge at all , complete waste of money .

Avoid, don’t waste your money

I purchased a Juice 5 from Argos and after 17 months it stopped working. Contacted Juice Uk who to be totally honest were not interested one bit. Told me to try a reset and if that did not work…well sorry it’s malfunctioned.

What a WASTE of money. AVOID and buy a product that last longer than 17 months and 3 holidays. I own a cheap power bank purchased from Primark 6 years ago which is still going strong. It may not last as long but it was a quarter of the price. Lesson learnt :)

Sorry Juice UK, you failed this time.

Two days after purchase it's started…

Two days after purchase it's started charging intermittently. No sign of damage, has sat by the side of my bed and been plugged into a device two times. Rubbish I would waste my money again.

This rare issue typically occurs when the Power Bank’s voltage drops below 2.8V and stays there for 3-6 months. If left uncharged for a long time, lithium batteries degrade, leading to problems when recharged. To prevent this, please recharge your power banks at least every three months. Money down the drain

These charges are the biggest waste of money I have spent in years.Not sure why wgg he en my ceased working I then wegt and bought 3more because perhaps us all using the same one caused it to fail.
Needless to say they all stopped working just like the other within the first 3 months
I am shocked the brand is still trading

FIRE HAZARD

FIRE HAZARD - AVOID
Please avoid these jokers of a supplier.
Lead caught alight & has melted my kitchen surface. Luckily I was working from home at the time & smelt burning to out the fire out. Ongoing complaint with Juice since April & they are now ignoring me! Surely we can’t all have faulty sockets for this to be happening. Trading standards now contacted

Would give 0 if i could

Would give 0 if i could, do not buy any of there wires THEY STOP WORKING AFTER A MONTH OR SO, and the 1 year guarantee with the manufacture is absolutely rubbish, they replied to a few emails but then completely stopped replying all a SCAM.

FIRE HAZARD

Please be careful and go for a different brand. My elderly disabled mother was charging a device and it caught fire. These chargers are dangerous and are a major fire hazard. DO NOT BUY. I have contacted customer services and looking for a reply

Potential fire hazard

I spent £20 on a Juice phone charger in Tesco. It has stopped working after just 5 weeks and was getting dangerously hot before it expired. Beware!

Absolutely blown away with a great…

Absolutely blown away with a great level of service that’s rarely seen or heard of these days. I had a faulty product and sent an email to Juice. Within hours I had a response but never noticed for a couple of days. I replied with required info and was honest about my product being out of warranty. They could’ve done noting or sent me a voucher for money off another product but instead they’ve decided as a gesture of (genuine) goodwill to replace my product. It was all done swiftly. I can’t thank the customer service representative enough, not only for replacing my product but for making this interaction so pleasant and easy. Highly recommend
