Would not touch Juicers.co.uk with a BARGE POLE

I did not have a good experience. I ordered a Bamix Handheld Blender after I have had one for over 25 years which is still fully operational. No due diligence was spent in undertaking quality control. I received a damaged item- badly scratched. Juicers were in denial and would not accept the inferior quality and denied to pay the postage to return the Blender. I had to expedite my case to Bamix and the Bank to return and refunding.

Purchase of Dualit 2-Slice Classic Vario Toaster in Copper. Like something from the 1950's and a beautiful design and made in the UK! Juicers.co.uk was the best price on the internet, free postage and super fast delivery!

Brilliant Kettle.

Expensive but worth every penny. Superb build quality and matches our Artisan toaster. I love that you can set a temperature other than boiling, my only gripe would be there is no water level indicator but I understand that is difficult because of the double wall.

Misleading Advertising

I ordered an Ankarsrum mixer on Juicer.co.uk website as they offered a free blender attachment (prominently displayed) on the 20/12/2025.
When the blender arrived no blender was included.
I immediately contacted the company. Their initial reply was that there was no such offer. When I sent them a screenshot of their website taken on the 25/12/25 they then claimed that the offer was withdrawn from the 17/12/25 but re-instated 25/12/25 and refused to honour their offer.

We would like to clarify that the free blender promotion referenced in your review was not active at the time your order was placed on 20/12/2025. The offer had ended prior to your purchase and was reinstated at a later date. Unfortunately, this meant that orders placed during that period were not eligible for the promotion.

While we appreciate that older or cached website pages and screenshots can sometimes cause confusion, eligibility is always determined by the live promotion in place at the exact time an order is completed. In this case, the order did not qualify for the free attachment.

We value transparency and always aim to ensure our offers are applied fairly and consistently to all customers. Your feedback has been noted and we continue to review how promotions are displayed to minimise any potential misunderstanding in future.

Excellent Company

I can’t fault juicers.co.uk. Their service has been amazing from the point of contact for advice through to post purchase. I had an issue with my juicer and I emailed them, within 48 hours I received a response and they helped resolve the issue with some emails back and forth. I had to send my product for repair but they kept me informed until I received it back after repair. My juicer is covered under warranty so they repaired it. I am surprised by others reviews because, after 30 days, all products are covered under warranty.

An extremely negative experience

An extremely negative experience. We spent over £1300.00 on a premium stainless steel juicer made by Sana. Enticing at the point of sale, three gratis items were included, which to the best of our memory, did not tally with those photographed items displayed on the website:

1. a cutting knife for fruit and veg
2. a cutting board
3. a jug with a vacuum plug to keep juice fresh

The product, retailing at approx £1345.00 arrived with a manufacturing fault.

Very poor customer service - You get taken through a 'ticketing system' and different agents interact, some more professional than others.

Communication was convoluted, designed to deflect responsibility and prolong.

The problem was not and has still not been resolved at the time of writing.

The cutting knife, ( now safely disposed off ) was made of some sort of cheap metal was found to be very bendable, not appropriate for use, unusually sharp and very dangerous. The handle dislocated itself away from the blade during use.

The cutting board, ( now safely disposed of in the bin ) arrived with a horrible plastic smell. Merely 1-2 mm thin and measuring approx 20cm x 14 cm, you could just about prepare two apples on the space

The jug, in our view, cheap quality, the top part snapped away from the base after a few weeks of use

Overall, very disappointing

Easy ordering and prompt delivery. Great little machine for a small household, efficient and easy to use and clean. Replaced my larger food processor from Siemens and is far superior. Love it.

Love my new juicer

Love my new juicer. I was looking for something that requires minimal prep and easy to rinse and Huron H200 does it all. I am mainly making beetroot and vegetable juices and this juicer makes it with ease.
I was considering a mini, love the colours but did not want to do the extra cutting.

Appalling customer service.

Appalling customer service.
The machine I ordered came with an EU plug, I didn’t realise this was an issue at the time and used it with an adaptor.
The machine recently started malfunctioning so I contacted the manufacturer who told me my warranty is invalid as it’s an EU machine registered in the UK. They advised me to contact the supplier and have confirmed to me that the machine I have received was supplied by Juicers.co.uk.
It was at this point I realised that the machine I received doesn’t match the SKU on my invoice, so I contacted Juicers to inform them of this and they completely disregarded my complaint, have offered no resolution, essentially called me a liar by stating they don’t have access to EU stock, stated that I couldn’t have received an EU machine, have refused to investigate this matter at all and continue to fail to respond to complaint emails despite responding to negative reviews.
I have never had such disappointing, frustrating and appalling customer service treatment.
They keep flagging my negative reviews instead of responding but I will keep posting about this appalling company.

All products supplied by us are sourced directly from KitchenAid UK and are supplied with UK-specification plugs. We do not sell or dispatch EU plug versions, and the product variant referenced in your warranty enquiry does not match any SKU that we stock or have ever supplied.

KitchenAid, as the manufacturer and warranty provider, declined the warranty claim as you have confirmed via email because the item presented had an EU plug. Based on the information available to us, this indicates that the product in question was not supplied by our company. For this reason, we are unfortunately unable to offer a resolution in this instance.

We would also like to point out that you purchased your product more than 6 months ago and only contacted us 12/12/2025 advising that there was an issue with the product and when you contacted KitchenAid UK, they advised that the SKU for the machine is a European SKU and hence, the warranty is not valid in the UK. We have received no communication from you advising that item purchased from ourselves does not match the SKU detailed on your invoice when you received the product in May.

We understand how frustrating this situation must be and remain happy to review any further information you may wish to provide. Please feel free to contact us directly so we can look into this further.
