juicers.ie makes the claim of 10 year…

juicers.ie makes the claim of 10 year warranty and free two way shipments on the vitamiz blenders.

When two year and a month goes by and my blender gets an error they try to make this a relationship between me and Vitamix but I do not have a relationship to Vitamix. They have sold me this in the EU, and both they and I are in the EU.

Here is what I wrote them: Following up on order JIE46290 (Vitamix Ascent 2500i in grey, delivered to my address in, Denmark, on 29 May 2024) and support ticket xxx.

The blender failed at roughly 25 months with error E31. Your product page for this exact model advertises — and still advertises today — "a fantastic 10-year warranty covering all parts, performance, labour, and two-way shipping for free," with "Warranty: 10 Years" in the specifications. No territorial restriction is stated. I've kept a copy of the page as it appears.

Jestic, your UK distributor, has refused to help — telling me to contact Vitamix in the US and claiming the warranty applies only to UK/ROI residents. That restriction was never disclosed at the point of sale and contradicts your own advertising.

Where this stands:

You are the seller. You sold and shipped this unit to Denmark, an EU member state. My rights run against you, not a UK third party.
Under the EU Sale of Goods Directive (2019/771, Art. 17), a commercial guarantee is binding on the terms advertised at the point of sale — 10 years, all parts and labour, two-way shipping included.
The fault falls well within both that guarantee and the statutory remedy period.
Please honour the warranty as advertised: repair or replace the unit free of charge, including collection and return shipping. Let me know how you'll proceed and the timeframe, within 5 working days.

We have not refused to assist with your warranty claim. As the retailer, we have advised you to send the blender to our service department so that we can forward it directly to Vitamix for inspection and repair under the manufacturer's warranty. Once the repair is complete, we will arrange for the blender to be returned to you.

The Vitamix warranty covers the cost of parts and labour for eligible repairs. However, it does not include the cost of postage and packaging to and from the service department, which is why we asked you to arrange the shipment. We understand this may be disappointing, but this is in line with the terms of the warranty.

We remain committed to helping you through the warranty process and will continue to support your claim until it has been resolved. If you send the blender to our service department, we will ensure it is processed with Vitamix as quickly as possible and keep you updated throughout.

We value your custom and hope we can resolve this matter to your satisfaction.

Overall my experience with Juicers.ie

Overall my experience with Juicers.ie has been very good. There was an issue with my first order of a Mockmill where an incorrect unit was sent, it did arrive quickly, but was a model for use in USA not Ireland, but after a few emails with customer services and a manager Juicers.ie did send out a replacement correct Mockmill. Though the issue was with Mockmill themselves, most likely a packing error, Juicers.ie did take responsibility as the company I purchased the mill from. The replacement unit also arrived quickly which have been very pleased with.
As I also work in a complaints department for a large company, so I did appreciate the customer service agent and manager resolving the issue quickly.
A customer having an issue that is resolved quickly by the company is a great way to build trust, so I felt confident in making a second more expensive purchase of an Ankarsrum stand mixer which went through perfectly and arrived very quickly, well packaged, and after testing is working fully, the Ankarsrum mixer is a fantastic product.
So my sincere gratitude to the customer service agent with whom I was emailing, and manager.

Never again

Never again, stay clear. My Dualit kettle never arrived. I eventually tracked it to an apartment block in Clitheroe, northern England. I got varying contradicting information from different people at the Dublin number that I contacted and also, the courier service. In the end, it was a waste of time and fortunately, having used PayPal, I got my money back. I won't be buying anything from them again.

Quick timeframe for delivery . Can't say I found anything wrong with this company. Infact my Ankarsrum mixer was cheaper on Juicers.ie than from Ankarsrum in Germany.

I purchased an Omega Juicer in January 2026 and I was very happy with the delivery service from Juicers. However the product was faulty due to a damaged sealed plug and I encountered a very poor customer service experience with Juicers - Juicers advised me to repair it using a pliers which my electrician confirmed was in breach of Health & Safety regulations.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2022 in Ireland if a fault appears within 30 days of purchase the customer can reject the item, is entitled to a full refund, the original packaging is not required & the seller is responsible for the cost of the return.
It took many many emails (too many to count) and approximately a six week period for Juicers to finally process a full refund.
I regularly purchase online and todate I have not experienced this very poor customer service I encountered with Juicers – if I could give it no stars I would – never again

Fantastic Customer Service

I ordered a juicer in December 2025, the company mailed straight away to say that they only had one left and that the box had been damaged, they offered to replace it with a better juicer, which I accepted. It arrived the following day! As a result of this experience I ordered a Kitchen Aid stand mixer, again I received it the day after ordering, and it was cheaper than anywhere else I could find. I was surprised to see the low star rating for this company as my experience has been nothing short of exceptional, and juicers.ie will be my first port of call for my kitchen electrical needs.

Nessun rimborso per BLENDTEC.

Ho acquistato un blender BLENDTEC.

Mi hanno fatto pagare per loro errore l IVA che essendo in Italia non dovevo pagare.

Ho chiesto per 6 mesi il rimborso e non ho ricevuto nulla, solo prese in giro e promesse mai mantenute

Azienda poco seria e irrispettosa dei clienti oltre che fiscalmente fraudolenta perché fa pagare importo non dovuti.

Comprate altrove!!! MAI PIU ACQUISTI da questa azienda. La sconsiglierò a tutti i miei colleghi barman!

I am very sorry that you are disappointed. I have checked with the Accounts team and can confirm that the full VAT amount was refunded on 23rd December 2025. Hence, they have advised that if you have still not received the money, to contact your bank as the refund has been issued from our end by bank transfer.

I placed an order on 26 December 2025…

I placed an order on 26 December 2025 and paid the full amount of EUR 417.95. The order was confirmed in writing as accepted and being processed for dispatch. On 31 December 2025 the company cancelled the order unilaterally, without my consent and without a clear justification.

The refund was not processed immediately. I had to insist and send formal legal notices to get a response. This is unprofessional behavior. Poor communication. Unacceptable handling of customer payments.

I do not recommend this seller. High risk after payment is made.

We would like to clarify the circumstances of this order, as several points in this review are misleading.

The order was placed on 26 December 2025 and was cancelled and fully refunded on 31 December 2025, the same day the cancellation was processed. No funds were retained by us beyond that date.

While we do ship other products internationally, this specific product (Fritaire) is subject to a territorial distribution agreement and cannot be supplied outside of Ireland. This restriction is clearly stated on the product page at the time of purchase.

As the delivery address was in Romania, the order could not be fulfilled and was cancelled in accordance with our terms. The cancellation was therefore neither arbitrary nor unjustified.

Any delay in the refunded funds appearing in the customer’s account is dependent on banking or payment processor timelines and is outside of our control.

We strive to act transparently and professionally in all customer interactions and regret any frustration caused by this situation.

juicers whole house well water system

Our water for the house comes from a well so i bought juicers whole house well water filtration system. I needed help sorting out a problem and i found the response from the company was excellent.
The problem was sorted within a few emails. I'd recommend them.

Lack of communication from customer service

I bought a fritaire air fryer and it looks like a good fryer but came damaged, I sent photos and just requested a new part it an easy fix, no one should have to wait 3 days and more for a response if it even stops at that, on this experience alone I could not recommend buying from them again, very disappointing from an Irish company, you can't leave any negative reviews on there website as the wont publish

Your follow-up enquiry required us to liaise directly with Fritaire to obtain confirmation regarding the part, and we responded to you within three working days once this confirmation was received. At that point, we were able to confirm that the part would be shipped.

While our automated message advises that responses may take up to three working days, we always aim to reply sooner where possible. In this case, the slight delay was due solely to awaiting confirmation from the manufacturer, which was necessary to ensure we provided you with accurate information.

Rare review writer

Rare review writer. Was compelled to write this after the anxiety i had ordering from here with their rating: Black Friday so minor delay, but shipped and arrived from Ireland to Berlin in under a week. Even had an UK/EU plug adaptor bundled in it. Customer service helpful and responsive throughout. 50 euro cheaper than anywhere else for a Dualit toaster. Perfect item. Zero complaints.

A Lovely Knowledgeable Online Store

To be honest, i was looking into getting a juicer for quite a while, and being in Ireland i wanted to be sure there was a company who could also help if there was an issue with the juicer. I found the Omega MM900 i had wanted on Juicers.ie and i was also able to call them and ACTUALLY speak to someone who knew how the product worked and was like to use on a day to day basis. I noticed they also do water filtration which is something my wife has been nagging me about for a while now so ill definitely be taking a look.

Wonderful Service!

I recently purchased a juicer from Juicers.ie, and I must say that the entire experience exceeded every expectation I had. From the moment I placed my order, the customer service team demonstrated outstanding professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail. They promptly confirmed my order, provided clear shipping updates, and even followed up to ensure the delivery was made on time and in perfect condition. Juicers.ie will not post bad reviews

Juicers.ie will not post bad reviews. I have purchased from them many times and I always get a follow up email asking to review the item I purchased.
One of those was for a Greenstar Elite Juicer (My order number was 47652).

The last two reviews were far from glowing. These reviews were not a reflection on the company but purely about the products purchased. I’ve even emailed them asking why my reviews were not published and they said they would follow up but I have not heard back in months.

Personally I think this is a dishonest business practice. It is not consumer friendly and as a consumer you have no idea how many negative reviews on an item have been suppressed.

It’s a shame as they have a good website, stock a good range of products and are very quick to deliver. Buyer beware.

Update - they have posted one of my reviews but only after I submitted this review on trust pilot.
