Its a pretty good product, admittedly hard to use correctly during a heat wave (defrost times may vary it seems) but otherwise good stuff.

Contacted company a year after the Hurom juicer was ordered and received replacement part within a week. Very quick and professional service!
AVOID AND DO NOT BUY CHEAP SHIT FOR THE HIGH PRICE
Bought a juicer, paid about £200. After few times using parts broke. Because it was still under warranty I wanted to sent it back bit then Julia was extremely sickly nice and replace the part. The one didn't last again. But then was after 3 month so this is where the real faces appeared. Horrible, nasty service. Paid for the parts delivery and it was never delivered. Had to contact back so the refunded the mobey. JUST AVOID THAT BUSINESS AND THEY CHEAP PRODUCTS THE ONES THEY SELLING EXPENSIVE.

I bought an Artisan Kitchen Aid mixer and DPD local didn’t turn up with the product, annoyingly saying it was because I wasn’t in!!-which I was , specifically to receive the item.-that was a week ago, Juicers say it’s out of their hands as it’s a DPD issue!-Im very unhappy having been left in limbo and having spent a great deal of money!Juicers are liable and I have emailed them this morning to request a full refund and no reply so far!!

These reviews will inevitably keep falling due to shocking customer service expectations that when carried out, such as requested videos showing faults and damaged come to no avail even though the evidence of the fault is stark. You are then left with no choice but to go direct to the manufacturer of the product you bought to get it resolved. You just know Juicers will find a way to wriggle out of refunding a faulty item when you read their returns policy! Your efforts and the stress of it will not pay off and you will most likely be left out of pocket and fighting a legal battle. Do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere. UPDATE AND RESPONSE from the manufacturer, save your reputation here and refrain from saying any more would be my advice. Below just proves your lies...

Ordered a Kitchenaid K400 blender at a fantastic price and delivery was fast and efficient with great packaging. This is the second time I’ve ordered from Juicers and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend for a very pleasant buying experience.
The worst retail company. Vile and aggressive customer service
The worst retail company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. We returned a juicer as it was not the one we ordered,asked for a refund to which they sent blurred out photos of Perspex, seemingly taken in a garden shed, telling us their forensics team could tell ‘raw food’ had been passed through it. Endless emails ensued ,gaslighting my 88 year old mother into oblivion.I had taken the juicer out of the box and put it straight back in. As if we would use a juicer and send it back?! They clearly had our order mixed up with someone else’s. I gave them weeks to look into this, each response from them became more aggressive,and at one point even copied another customer into our thread, who put a complaint through because they had breached our privacy. I have all the ludicrous photos ‘of proof’ the juicer had been used. I sent each one back asking what the photos were actually of, but they refused to respond. Really vile experience. I actually wonder as to whether they were the real juicers.uk….? I was also told they were ending the matter and would be unable to communicate further, ‘We have been very reasonable to accept the juicer back with a nominal deduction inspite of the fact that you have used the juicer and as per our Terms & Conditions, we don't accept products back once used due to health and safety. ‘Hence, unfortunately, we won't be able to communicate further on this matter as we have been very reasonable to accept the product back in the first instance.’
…and in response to the their reply below.. I reiterate, as if I or my Mother would use a juicer and return it. The ‘multiple addresses’ they talk of are two, my address and my mother’s all in the same threads, oh and the random customer they copied in, breaking GDPR regulations. Also have they offered up the photos within the reply below to validate so called ‘use of juicer’ for customers reading this to look at? No.
I rest my case.

My order was easy to place and arrived quickly and safely. The KitchenAid blender was a much better price than elsewhere and came with an additional free gift of a juicer attachment. I was a bit hesitant when placing the order as I thought it might be too good to be true, but I was wrong. Excellent product and excellent service. Would not hesitate to buy from them again.

Imeccable service
We bought a KitchenAid kettle from Juicers. Juicers' pricing was much beter than any other retailer and they shipped the kettle the next working day. It was delivered (free) by DPD the following day. Impeccable service and highly recommended.
Sell me faulty product, struggle to return
I purchased a Magimix Multi-Function Steamer 11581 from this retailer for over £170 – a premium price for what was advertised as a top-quality product. On first use, it was immediately faulty: it works likes a kettle, cutting off as soon as the water boils.
I followed their return process exactly and submitted my request with evidence. Shockingly, I was then asked to provide video proof of the fault – something I’ve never experienced with any other retailer. Despite this unreasonable demand, I complied and provided a video. Since then, I’ve heard absolutely nothing back.
This is unacceptable. I have been sold a defective product, forced to jump through unnecessary hoops to prove it, and then ignored. The lack of communication and basic customer care is appalling. For a company charging premium prices, the service has been nothing short of disgraceful.

First of all you had the pistachio kitchen aid kettle - no one else I could find had, so it is nice to get it again after a long time of not being available....we have been thru a fair few KA kettles over the 20+ years ....and at good rice. The turnaround was Superperb and no delivery extras

What a great company Juicers are. I have bought a Caso HW770 hot water dispenser and a Magimix toaster from them. The price was very favourable over other well known companies and free delivery was the very next day. Well done Juicers. I can honestly recommend this company for your kitchen appliances.
Impossible to make a warranty claim...
32 emails later and no they won't give us a refund, we bought 2 of these, so it was pretty obvious that one didnt work anywhere near as well as the other after a few months use.
Juicers.co.uk simply put every obstacle they could in the eay of a refund, which they are very skilled at, in the end we gave up..the model was a hurom
